Hi conchita lovers! In this quick video I show you how I made Hello Kitty inspired conchas for Valentines Day
What is concha topping made of? Concha topping consists of flour, sugar, butter, and flavorings. The key to making cute designs with the concha paste is to chill the paste in the fridge until you’re ready to shape your dough. If the concha paste is too warm it will melt off the dough when baked.
