  • The first thing we need to do as we adult up is to recognize the signs of a toxic person:
    ❌ high load of bitterness
    ❌ displaced aggression
    ❌ lack of personal accountability
    ❌ vindictive rage
    ❌ negativity
    ❌ shaming
    ❌ manipulation and control
Here’s how you deal with it:
✅ you must move away from that low vibration asap
✅ you enter compassion for their tremendous unresolved inner trauma. This compassion will allow you to not take it personally. Recognize that their outer behaviors reflects their inner rage, shame, guilt and pain. It’s not about you.
✅ you also enter compassion for YOU. How? By staying in your lane and your inner power
✅ you enter your own greatest inner knowing. Your inner truth needs no audience, no defense. When you are ready to share your truth you can, but there’s no need to react through a knee jerk defense
✅ you find the HIGH road and keep in JOY! This life is beautiful, you are beautiful and you have the right to be in JOY! Let others stay in the venom of bitterness and vindictiveness. You go HIGH! And exude with the bliss that is your inner truth!
Be in JOY! It’s the only way forward!

Thank you for acknowledging that the compassion you speak of for the toxic narcissist comes last after all things. I believe compassion is not in order, because saving yourself from them is the order of the day and the narcissist is irrelevant to that goal.
Now, please stop telling people who are, or were, in toxic relationships, that they "chose" that person and "allowed" the abuse to happen. Tell them, and yourself, to learn as much about personality disorders as they possibly can, because they (and you) will see that the programming from a narcissist starts the very second you meet them. This programming is intense and destructive, causing actual brain damage to the victim. Narcissistic abuse changes the brain and renders the victims unable to think clearly. Saying that someone chose that and allowed it to happen is utter rubbish.
