I would love the Gravities if they were 98” heads. I too struggle with consistency because they feel like they have a ton of unusable space that’s just begs for mishits.
As a senior player, I recently bought a Gravity S (now called the Gravity Team). It's not very powerful but has lots of control and comfort and has become my go-to racquet. Previously, I had bought a Gravity Lite but could not control it - I had no idea where the ball was going to land - until I added some weight in the handle to stabilize it. The real plus side of these racquets is the string pattern. My other oversize racquets had 16 x 19 patterns and the strings would start to slide after 1 hour of play (poly strings are too harsh for me). But, the 16 x 20 pattern of the Gravity line really works in preventing the strings from sliding and adds control (though slightly less spin). The reviews have indicated that the auxetic technology has made the Gravity racquets even better.
I appreciate the content as always. Thank you. I feel like this sort of reinforces that racquet choice doesn’t matter beyond feel/personal choice. Aero VS to Grav MP couldn’t be more night and day yet this high level player can go between these two sticks finding his best tennis either way.
playing 3,5years with gravity pro, love rackets but i always wanted tried mp version customized to pro specs. Should be awesome stick, cause gravity pro missing little bit of spin and power. MP should fix it
I bought gravity tour just to try the gravity line, have been playing with vcore 98 v6 and 100 v7. Gravity tour felt so stiff, dead and low powered so alost gave up on it. Week ago decided to give it a one last chance and strung it hybrid with multifilament and replaced the dampener with rubber band as I realised on 18*20 dampener kills the pop. I went and play a day tournament and won 4 out of 6 matches. It's almost like I couldn't miss. I came home and ordered gravity mp and can't wait to receive it to customise and hit with it! Can totally understand why he chose gravity mp over pure aero...
I would love to hear considerations why Gravity MP with heavy customization and weight added and not Gravity Tour as a starting point? Only different string pattern?
I think he meant Athletes Collective not Athletic because the first is designed and based in DK but oddly made in Portugal while the latter is Singaporean and does not do anything for clothing. Interested in quality tennis cotton tees or some kind of non-plastic/polyester
I am sure I am not good to be around for fellow tennis players! :D Joking aside, he used to play with a HEAD Prestige and wanted to go back to HEAD but something easier to use.
@@Tennisnerd HEAD is really great! Best in feel all in all. But the PAVS is such a good racket, if you want to compete. I think Daniel from your channel also uses it, doesn't he?
Sshhheeessehhh when he flattens out his FH it’s amazing. And that jumping FH inside the court.

I bought the old Gravity Pro, but the maneuverability is lacking. I think the MP would have been better.
Thanks for the video and thoughts.

Only different string pattern?
I'm trying to decide between those 2 as well so please let me know if you find the answer.
+1
Very nice serve

Lynx tour in the crosses, Hawk touch in the mains... what's the sense to have a exagonal string on the crosses? shouldn't be the opposite?
And did his results improve compared to his Head Prestige?
Careful with the foot faults
Can he make a tutorial about flat serves🙂

Why did he even switch? Hung out with you too much?
