One thing Darren - you can definitely set a Max CPC in Target ROAS. In search campaigns you can set a portfolio bid strategy and still adjust each ad group's ROAD or tCPA - unfortunately you CANNOT do that in Shopping campaigns which is a total bummer...

Thank you for the video my question is how do you determine your targeted CPA amount. Do I Take the average CPA from let say June last year until today? Do I do the same for Max Bid?

One question, once i set up an portfolio strategy, should i set up also the same for the normal strategy or what?
Let me do an example, i would set up a max click into portfolio bidding strategy, what should I do in normal strategy?

The portfolio strategy will always take over from the strategy set at campaign level. Hope that helps!

Are there any particular condition or similar thing that could block and failed my shopping campaign to change into smart bidding?
