Great video. I love that area of the country. The views on the Cherohala are far superior to those of the Dragon, your friends did right by you showing you the Skyway and the falls first. I too was really nervous the first time I did the Dragon but it is overhyped. That being said, it's still a bucket list ride. The Blue Ridge Parkway is another great ride with outstanding views you should check it out someday.
I enjoy your use of the English language. You must be a very good teacher, for those who pay attention. I hope your students follow your travels. I'm new here, but I like what I see even though I don't ride a Harley. (ST1300!!) PS - I'm slaying the Dragon Spring '24. Taking a ride from TX to VA and back next month.
It was great to meet you last Saturday in Knoxville. I rode the Dragon for the first time as well on Thursday and had many of the same feelings. God bless G Kue.
My BROTHER that narration was absolutely BEAUTIFUL I had chills listening to the story and felt as if I was riding right behind you. Man I feel blessed stay safe and please keep these tremendous videos coming
I have never visited your channel before tonight. I felt as if I was riding the Dragon with you. That was fantastic!! I have ridden the dragon quite a few times but never at night or with such beautiful commentary. I not only gave you a like but I subscribed and can’t wait to see more of you videos. In the beginning you said you are a teacher and if you give your students only half of what I got from this video they are very lucky to have you! Keep it up and keep molding the minds of the future of our country.
Thank you sooo much! Please check out my road trip playlist for more of my adventures. I hope they won't disappoint. As far as my students I pour a lot into them hoping to inspire them. Thank you and ride safe. Peace ✌🏼
I have never heard the tail or the dragon described so poetically that was amazing! I had to listen to it twice! This entire poetic description of the dragon should be written and posted at the store ✌️
That area of the country is so beautiful. I had the chance to ride it 2 years ago, it was breathtaking. The falls are a favorite of mine and the skyway was probably the most beautiful road I have had the chance to ride. I want to go back, I rode the dragon 3 times the last time out, one of those being in the darkness. I too am from a place where everything is basically flat riding and straight roads. These are absolute destination rides for me and a total change of my normal riding. Good to see you had safe travels.
@@JustGKue Haha, I get thinking that. It will take some time, but the audience will be found. Videos like this have A++ story telling and they will spread!
Yessir that was the absolute BEST tail of the dragon video that I’ve ever seen!! Very creative sir! I thought I going to see a damn dragon at one point!!
G. What an awesome video, 1st things first I gotta say Thank you for not butchering up my home town, Tellico Plains. So many people say it all crazy. 2nd man that’s a great loop. Maybe if u get bored and wanna come back this way, I can tag along and make it with u. I’ve ridden the dragon many times as it’s near my home but never at night. Wow what a video that’s crazy, cool, and a different animal all together. Peace out ✌️
Thank you sooooo much for the kind words! This was a tough challenge but glad I was able to push through! I had to pull from a bunch of different places mentally to get the strength to finish!
Hey G, I stumbled across your video and was so surprised! I live in Maryville and Smoky Mountain HD is my local shop. It was so cool of you to include Josh, Brandon, and the rest of the gang in your video. As to riding the Dragon at night, you're a mad man! I've ridden the dragon more than 50 times, but NEVER at night. You have mad skills to do that at night unscathed. Great video and well narrated!
Your narration skills are up there with James Earl Jones and Morgan Freeman!! Absolute attention, keeper! I've rode the Dragon 4 times and never braved the nightfall. Kudos, my brother, especially being your first time!! Keep churning out the great content 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Your words painted pictures that brought the Dragon to life within your story. Very cool. You mentally put me behind those handlebars as you rode the Dragon. I recently returned from the Robbinsville area, so it brought back memories. My last day in the area was Sunday Morning riding the Tail of the Dragon as I headed up 129 toward Knoxville eventually connecting to I-75 North. Cool video. I think I subscribed to your channel when you visited Sturgis this 2023 year.
I have to say my brother that's one of the best videos I've ever seen, you are truly a poet the way you describe your ride is priceless, but you did conquer the Dragon ✌️
Awesome video, hollywood quality, dig it. Dragon and the skyway are always great rides, definitely a different vibe in the dark. Good riding, ride safe ✌🏻

What’s good G Kue! I was on the dragon the week before you got there. Great riding and I will definitely do it again. Many more roads to explore in that area.
Absolutely brilliant, man. This popped up at no better time as I’m actually in the area of NC, within an hour of the Tail. I just took a quick glance at it on a road map. I’m in the area on business, wishing I had a set of wheels to cruise through there. Your video was great though. Maybe one of these days in the not so distant future I’ll make the trek. 2-Down, always. Be well, stay safe. ‘Tis that season.

I bet you are an awesome teacher!! The way you tell your story I can only imagine how you are as a teacher and think any student should be thankful to have you ❤
I just love your videos and can’t wait until the next one! But this one was epic, your methodical words that describe this ride was chilling…. Safe travels! Congratulations of slaying the dragon 🐉!
Glad you enjoyed that wonderful experience. Having been there dozens of times, it's a shame that everyone cannot enjoy that beautiful ride. Peace to you and ride safe. Thanks for the video.
I was a bit nervous about the dragon as well, but you slayed it a night, now that’s an accomplishment. I had the opportunity to meet you and it was truly a pleasure. We both got something in common as we slayer the dragon. Thanks for a great video. Peace Army leader😭
I always love to hear and see rider's first impressions of Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. Motorcycle heaven, for sure. Great roads! Great videography! Great narration!
I just found your channel and im HOOKED! not only is your narration great, the scenery is beautiful but better than anything in my opinion is the motivation and positive messages you impart. Actually you are better than any motivational speaker I've heard. Thank you for sharing the beauty of nature that some of us will never see. ❤🙏🏽
Compared to most of our roads in Australia, the Dragon is a brilliant, well engineered smooth as silk piece of tarmac, the road isn’t dangerous, but many of the users of it are 😎👍
Absolutely beautiful to watch you and your motorcycle journeys. Love your poetic analogies. And dig that another one of favorite Vlogger joined you along the way. Safe travels.
Bro-with your shots, cinematography, editing skills, and your stellar narration, it’s only a matter of time before a lot of other people realize how great your channel is! With UA-cam help or not -I’m just gonna prophesy that your channel is gonna be huge! It’s just too good!
This video was 🔥🔥🔥💯it sounded like someone was reading a book to me. And it grew with more and more excitement. To hear what was going to happen next curve after curve. Slay the dragon 🐉 🔥🏍💨💨💨
One of your best narrated videos! Your selection of words and use of the English language is phenomenal. Ride safe ride often and keep motovlogging! Glen
We enjoyed the video. You passion really shines through. I can't lie, I was laughing hard at the similes and metaphors in the story. My boy slayed the dragon!!!
I just found this video! Awesome! I love your writing style. I subscribed. It's my dream to ride the Dragon as part of a road trip. I started riding in 1992. I'm 59 and still riding. Maybe next year I'll go on a trip like that, if I could get the time off. Also, thank you for wearing proper protective gear! I'm an ER doctor. I've seen it too many times, no gear leads to terrible injuries. People think they won't crash, or road rash won't be that bad. Anyone could crash. I crashed my Honda Magna V45 on the highway 30 years ago while riding from San Diego to the Grand Canyon solo. I was well protected by gloves, leather jacket, jeans, boots, full-face helmet. I was lucky, though. I had just stopped and donned the jacket before my surprise loss of control. I'll never forget. Things happen. It's best to be ready.
1st thank you for watching! Secondly I try my best to be protected and prepared. 3rd..if you would like to see more I encourage you to check out my road trip playlist on my channel! It's a lot of good stuff there! Be safe out there and have a great day! Peace ✌🏼
That was truly inspirational! I got goose pimples listening to the way you described the experience. On my list of things to do. Thank you and keep up the great work!
While not the same as riding it on a motorcycle, every spring about 200 MINI Coopers descend on the Dragon, "MINIs On The Dragon" is a rite of passage for a MINI owner. We love whipping our little cars around the twisties, (As we call them) spending time in the mountains with friends, and raising money for the local community. I'm glad your free spirit got to experience this ride. I have much respect for the bikers that navigate the Dragon 🙏Thank you for sharing, glad you were safe, and happy your bike was easily repaired so as to not to ruin your trip.
@@louisrichards3702 Interesting, I'll be passing through OK on my way to MINI Takes The States 2024 this year which starts in ABQ. We were going to pass through via Branson, but maybe we'll pass through via Little Rock instead and hit this road, it looks amazing!
Been on the Dragon 7 times, never at night. Your narration was incredible. Never heard it described like that. I’m definitely a new subscriber ride in. Appreciate you from Kansas City.
My Brother! Once again you made it come to story book life. This is amazing work. I really enjoyed it and I’m sharing this with everyone I know. After seeing this video I guarantee that they will want to go.keep up the amazing work and see you soon.
Amazingly narrated account of your trip! I completed the dragon last year on a Friday at noon...don't recommend weekends or holidays. It was so hyped that I left feeling a bit disappointed. Mostly because I've ridden some amazing roads that don't have the hype or giftshop at the end. If you are up for another trip, ride the Devil's Highway 666 (now HWY 191) in Arizona, 123 miles 460 curves, mostly hairpin. No guardrails and cliffs on either side. In TN we preferred the Moonshiner 28 and Cherohala Hwy. Less traffic. ...keep the shiny side up!
BRAVO SIR 👏🏽 👏🏽 THAT WAS INSPIRING, EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL, AND DOWN RIGHT PHENOMENAL ! You, sir, have made me want to go out there and slay my own dragons . I'm new to the motorcycle life and had my endorsement for a year and haven't found my bike yet. But this mini movie you did, has lit a fire in my spirit to go out and conquer the roads. Thank you for this, thank you for being an educator, and thank you for being a peace army . God bless you from Htown 💯✌🏾
Thank you! These 2 wheels will make you feel like you can do anything! Share with your friends...let then know this I what you're going to do! Conquer everything u set forth to do! Be safe Peace ✌🏼
@Just G Kue oh trust, I have already shared it 4x LOL. I wanted to purchase one of your caps but have not seen them on your site. Are you out of stock? I gotta rep you in TX!!
It's a shame that your 1st Dragon experience was in the dark. The views during daylight hours are spectacular! I hope you had the opportunity to perform a daylight run before your trip was over! Nonetheless, I'm thrilled that you had a great time and emerged unscathed! Happy Riding!
@JustGKue that's great! Glad you enjoyed it! I've been riding the Dragon since the late nineties. Back then, it was always sportbikes, then later it became cruiser bikes. Now, I'm in a car. Looking to pick up another bike one day soon.
Welcome to my neighborhood. I used to live just north of Knoxville and played on the dragon regularly. I've ridden everything up there from Sportsters, to Busas, to my current Road Glide. We moved to Middle Tennessee with the wife when I retired so I don't get back as much. Glad you enjoyed it Kue!
Having slayed the Dragon myself a few time's that area of the world is one of my favorites to ride. I totally understand your apprehension of riding it in the dark as my 2nd trip found us riding south thru it and in the rain no doubt. Ride safe and keep posting
Respect!! I have driven the tail with my wife, daughter and grand kids in a mini van.. They picked it and said never again. lol I had the time of my life driving it and seen a few wrecks. Luck has it no fatalities that day. Only wish I could ride a bike for long haul rides like that. Keep enjoying life and never let anyone tell you you can't!
The story was real good. You slayed the Dragon. Someday soon you'll need to ride it in full sunlight. The scenery is breath taking. I spent quite a few years on the back of a two wheeled machine. Some of the best times of my life. Stay safe out there.
I live like 30 miles from dragons tail, you can go out on the weekends and people will be sitting in lounge chairs on the side of the road waiting for all the bikes and sports cars to go through, been over the road many of times, it literally will get you sick with all the curves
Good thing you were watching your voltage. Man the Dragon gets all the press but the Cherohala Skyway and the Blue Ridge Parkway are in my humble opinion far more enjoyable rides out that way and you dont have to dodge the racers that drift into your lane sometimes on the dragon. Isn’t it awesome how many epic rides you can find in this country👊
My man you’re an animal for going through in the dark. I just went there two days ago all the way from NY and I went through it like a baby. Did it with my Harley Fat Bob. Those parts where the side of the road just opens up with no trees and all you see is a cliff messes my head up smh. My first time up I was too tense then on my way back I loosened up and had a lot more fun. Thank you for the beautiful video ✌🏼
Thank you! I wound up doing it 2 more times in the daylight but it's so much traffic it's hard to enjoy. Needless to say I got my shirt and patch...I'm good 😄✌🏾
@@JustGKue lucky I know you felt a lot better those other times. We ended up getting there later in the evening on a Sunday and it was pretty clear to ride it pretty much however you wanted. There were some sport bikes there doing their thing and we would let them pass. Luckily we made it to the shop ride before it closed to get our shirts lol.
Enjoyed the style of your video. I have driven on that road many a times in a car and it’s definitely full of twisty, turning curves. I was rooting for you as you traveled this crazy road in the fading light. Beautiful waterfall that I must travel back to see. Thanks for the share.

I bet you are an awesome teacher!! The way you tell your story I can only imagine how you are as a teacher and think any student should be thankful to have you ❤
Wow, thank you! I hope they get everything I'm pouring into them.
@@JustGKue I am sure your words stick with them long after they are out of class and will follow them until they do get it if not right away.
Lovely scenery especially the waterfall. Your commentary is always well done.
Thank you! That waterfall was just beautiful!
Dope Video!!! Was a pleasure meeting you and yes you slayed The Dragon at night.
Thx bro and preciate you chilling at the dealership and taking me riding 💯
I just love your videos and can’t wait until the next one! But this one was epic, your methodical words that describe this ride was chilling…. Safe travels! Congratulations of slaying the dragon 🐉!
Thank you very much! I'm not gon lie...I shed a tear as I was writing the ending narrative
@@JustGKue I was definitely moved! Your words were powerful.
Glad you enjoyed that wonderful experience. Having been there dozens of times, it's a shame that everyone cannot enjoy that beautiful ride. Peace to you and ride safe. Thanks for the video.
Im extremely grateful and appreciative of you! ✌🏾
I was a bit nervous about the dragon as well, but you slayed it a night, now that’s an accomplishment. I had the opportunity to meet you and it was truly a pleasure. We both got something in common as we slayer the dragon. Thanks for a great video. Peace Army leader😭

Great narration!
Thank you! Thank you! hope you can get caught up on my other travels here ua-cam.com/play/PLOQxD1WERKOMloCIs2Fv4gnAwMlWj0ZXx.html i hope you enjoy!
I just found your channel and im HOOKED! not only is your narration great, the scenery is beautiful but better than anything in my opinion is the motivation and positive messages you impart. Actually you are better than any motivational speaker I've heard. Thank you for sharing the beauty of nature that some of us will never see. ❤🙏🏽
Thank you so much! I truly appreciate!
Dude, if there was a love button I would have pressed it several times. Great job!!!!!!
Thx poppa d!
Compared to most of our roads in Australia, the Dragon is a brilliant, well engineered smooth as silk piece of tarmac, the road isn’t dangerous, but many of the users of it are 😎👍
I definitely agree!
Thanks!
Thank my brother!
The way in which you express yourself is truly poetic, i love it
Thank you sooooo much! I'm glad you liked it!
Absolutely beautiful to watch you and your motorcycle journeys. Love your poetic analogies. And dig that another one of favorite Vlogger joined you along the way. Safe travels.
Glad you enjoy it! I try to bring a different aspect to it...I just hope to inspire to get out.
Bro…can totally feel your emotions on that ride! Like a kid in a candy store with his allowance burning a hole in his pocket! 🤘🏼🔥🔥🔥
Yessir! Lol man I cried writing this lol
Bro! Your channel is the absolute best! Thank you for always being so inspiring!
Thank you so much! I just wish youtube though the same lol...they just refuse to show it to more ppl lol
Bro-with your shots, cinematography, editing skills, and your stellar narration, it’s only a matter of time before a lot of other people realize how great your channel is! With UA-cam help or not -I’m just gonna prophesy that your channel is gonna be huge! It’s just too good!
Thank you!
This video was 🔥🔥🔥💯it sounded like someone was reading a book to me. And it grew with more and more excitement. To hear what was going to happen next curve after curve. Slay the dragon 🐉 🔥🏍💨💨💨
Thank you sir! I appreciate you so much! I put a lot into and I hope more people enjoy! Share with your motorcycle friends✌🏾
You went beast mode on that video. Keep up the great work, I always enjoy your content!
Thank you soooo much!
I don’t even ride, but I’m loving this channel! It’s inspiring me to get out and live. Thank you 🙏🏾. And great narration/voiceover!
Glad you enjoy it!!
One of your best narrated videos! Your selection of words and use of the English language is phenomenal. Ride safe ride often and keep motovlogging! Glen
Thank you so much!! I Appreciate you!
We enjoyed the video. You passion really shines through. I can't lie, I was laughing hard at the similes and metaphors in the story. My boy slayed the dragon!!!
We!? Who is we? 😆 but thank you so much! U know I appreciate you
Absolutely moving my brother, you should be a narrator of a movie. Stay safe.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed!
Be safe
Be cool
Be you
PEACE ✌🏼
Peace ✌🏼
Great video! Production was top notch and took me back to when I rode both Cherohola and the Dragon.
Great video! 👌
Man I'll do cherohala any day...the dragon...meh! Lol thx bro
That was truly inspirational! I got goose pimples listening to the way you described the experience. On my list of things to do. Thank you and keep up the great work!
Thank you so much! Im extremely grateful and appreciative of you! ✌🏾
Thank you so much!!!
bring your minis to OKLAHOMA,, we have the Talimena DR ,,52 miles of twisties..
@@louisrichards3702 Interesting, I'll be passing through OK on my way to MINI Takes The States 2024 this year which starts in ABQ. We were going to pass through via Branson, but maybe we'll pass through via Little Rock instead and hit this road, it looks amazing!
Really Nice video as usual G-que keep up that great footage and work🤘💪✊
Thank you and I will!
Love your content. The narration was very cool. Lol! Keep it up. My brother just rode the dragon 6/12. I can’t wait.
Thank you! I truly appreciate the kind words!
Been on the Dragon 7 times, never at night. Your narration was incredible. Never heard it described like that. I’m definitely a new subscriber ride in. Appreciate you from Kansas City.
Thank you! I definitely try to be a little different 😊✌🏾
My Brother! Once again you made it come to story book life. This is amazing work. I really enjoyed it and I’m sharing this with everyone I know. After seeing this video I guarantee that they will want to go.keep up the amazing work and see you soon.
Much love and respect to you brother! I appreciate that!
I truly thank you for watching! The cherohala was beautiful!
Love it bro......Thank you for taking me on the dragon tail!!!
Glad you enjoyed! Check out the devils triangle next!
Be safe
Peace ✌🏼
@Just G Kue oh trust, I have already shared it 4x LOL. I wanted to purchase one of your caps but have not seen them on your site. Are you out of stock? I gotta rep you in TX!!
It's a shame that your 1st Dragon experience was in the dark. The views during daylight hours are spectacular! I hope you had the opportunity to perform a daylight run before your trip was over! Nonetheless, I'm thrilled that you had a great time and emerged unscathed!
Happy Riding!
I did do it 3 more times in the daylight before I left! I had a great time!
I enjoyed my whole time out there!
Amazing work! You did awesome; no lie, that shit looked super gnarly😅
It got tense lol
G-Kue you Da Man! Love your videos and words of wisdom and your narration. God Bless and be safe. Hope to meet someday 😎
I'm going to Milwaukee for the 120th if you're going brother!
Brother you made me feel like I was there. Great videos as always.
Thank you so much! That's what I try to do! ✌🏾✌🏾
WOW!!! the video was great but the commentary was amazing!! i had chills and goosebumps. Ride On G-Kue !
Im glad you enjoyed it!
Having slayed the Dragon myself a few time's that area of the world is one of my favorites to ride. I totally understand your apprehension of riding it in the dark as my 2nd trip found us riding south thru it and in the rain no doubt. Ride safe and keep posting
Right on! It was definitely different for sure.
@JustGKue Glad you enjoyed it. I live in Ohio but have vacationed there about 6 time's and love it
Thank you!
That’s the first video I have seen of yours and it was awesome great job I’ll come back and watch some more..👍🏻🇦🇺
Thank you! Check out my road trip playlist! A bunch of great rides and stories there!
AWESOME video bro! Your narration and word play left me speechless.
Thx my brother!
The story was real good. You slayed the Dragon. Someday soon you'll need to ride it in full sunlight. The scenery is breath taking. I spent quite a few years on the back of a two wheeled machine. Some of the best times of my life. Stay safe out there.
I eventually did! It's on the channel. A much different ride for sure!
I live like 30 miles from dragons tail, you can go out on the weekends and people will be sitting in lounge chairs on the side of the road waiting for all the bikes and sports cars to go through, been over the road many of times, it literally will get you sick with all the curves
Glad I did it. But not something I'd wish to do a lot
Much respect, and know your mom is riding with you on all these adventures, just found your channel yesterday and love it man
Thank you for sharing. Come on up to upstate NY. See the Adirondack mountains.
Can you tell me about some great roads there?
Good thing you were watching your voltage. Man the Dragon gets all the press but the Cherohala Skyway and the Blue Ridge Parkway are in my humble opinion far more enjoyable rides out that way and you dont have to dodge the racers that drift into your lane sometimes on the dragon. Isn’t it awesome how many epic rides you can find in this country👊
I totally agree with your sentiments! The dragon has too much going on to be enjoyable
Great ride. That had to be pretty cool riding it in the dark. I look forward to more of your rides. 👍🏼
Thank you! It was definitely interesting! Check out my road trip playlist to get caught up! ✌🏾
Glad you enjoyed it! And I'm so happy you experienced this road as well!
