I love this so much.. a lot of the time no one focuses on who is buying the drugs. The same people reading the news, writing the article, sentencing the children, arresting the kids are the same people buying the drugs from them.. this is the part that's not shown or spoke about. I respect this film a lot. I will be showing this to the kids I work with.
And its that simple. Its frightening how disposable young lives are. We should all take note and see the number of victims in this viciously violent cycle. Congratulations to Leon Oldstrong, the cast and crew and all involved for a really poignant insight into lives that on the face of it are poles apart but inextricably linked. 🖤
Regarding the song at the end it's called 'Visions', the offical video will be dropping soon. Will keep you all updated. It's an original track written and performed for the film by Big Ven.
Wow, this was such an experience! It's so depressing how easily influenced young people can be & you captured and identifies that message and made that into an art! Props to everyone who worked on this! Pulling off a great film like this revolving around such a sensitive topic can be so hard to do.
this film was so good wanted more of it but yet again, its an example of what gang leaders do to outsiders like in the end im guessing he died, the gang leader didnt care he just went and made another of the victims friend become like he was ! THANKS LOVED IT
Glad to catch the premier of this! Important message that needs to be taken in by the public - the people we associate with drugs are often the most vulnerable, and they are HUMAN. Superb acting too, the characters all felt lived and experienced, well done!
So proud to be involved in such an important film working alongside my actors #MelsGotTalent #TeamMGT Well done Leon, more films like this are needed. Looking forward to see what you create next!!
I was digging this the way the two worlds intertwined was nice great casting on the posh lads and powerful performance from the young lead - the music was good too! Big up Samuel on this too!
Sad thing is this would probably just encourage kids to do this sht, like when bluestory came out all the road men went crazy over it and we're legit shooting and fighting each other outside of the cinemas even tho the story is actually pretty sad and has a bad ending witch should make people think twice about that life style So yea showing kids something like this would very likely just do the opposite of what it's meant to
The production quality is top tier. Well done to all the team that made this happen. People don’t realise the amount of effort that goes into 17min of high quality content 👏🏽

this show really reminds me of my friend i lost a couple years back ,we were both in troubled families so we kind of resorted to this life instead.the same thing happended to him .we were both doing shit in the evening time around 9pm and we were walking together when we got snucked on by our opps.he got stabbed 5 times in hid stomach and once in his back i was lucky enough to only get stabbed twice in the arm as i tried putting up a fight .they took our stuff. He was bleeding out.i couldn't do anything as those cunts took our phones and we were in a secluded area. He died in my arms .that night i lost my closest friend.i should never have gotten mixed up in all that shit.
That was deep bro! That was a very good educational video. They should show the video in schools to raise more awareness of county lines and that life.
yeah you guys should definitly try to get all of this sort of stuff shown in secondary schools. People think its cool until this sort of stuff happens. You could save so many lifes
This is exactly what happened to cj 7th he was 14 and was asked to sell drugs and then a opp pulled up and shot him to death he died at 14 and his Mum knew what was happening and cj felt endangered so they contacted newham council and they done nothing about it and now cj is dead at just 14 rip I feel like this is based of his story a bit

Well done to my brother for this one! Captured the mood of a very important topic that doesnt get mentioned enough. The quality of filming and acting is great too. Going above and beyond with not alot of budget compared to some of the other stuff out there. Well done and keep up the good work🤘
Honestly speaking it was really awesome to work on this Leon and I’m really proud of the what you’ve created here. Well done and thanks for having me score the music for this project 🙏🏽🎵 Keep creating films! 😊
Dang to know this actually happens in London is crazy. Young lives lost, families ruined just so someone can use children as there drug trade and kill them when they are useless 😭
More needs to be done to prevent this for example school awareness has to be way more vigorous and show these young children that it's not okay to speak to people with an influence rather than being naive and blind more of what happens and how hard it is for young people to get out of these situations and maybe help for parents when they know their children are doing bad things maybe the government should make a youth centre where they get taken away from these situations and more light is given aswell as education.
@@LeonOldstrong nice to hear that. Its always the people outside who take the initiative the government doesnt do anything I wish they helped much more
Props to you lot for this. Great stuff. It’s just an oxymoron being on this channel next to the majority of music that glamourises it rather than showing the cold hard truth like this does...
this is really good. there should be a storyline where it comes across to youngsters that this is also grooming and a form child exploitation. Maybe if you show different kids with different stories [i.e. from a drugs perspective and a sexual exploiting perspective (as in expecting a return for a favour)] then in the end emphasise that all the scenarios seen is child grooming.
Just saying for all of the people who are in a similar situation to this in terms of him saying his dad left or whatever. It's not an excuse for acting up and jumping on road then people say that the older gms were role models as a result. My dad left at a young age but i still knew right from wrong. I think as a 16 year old black male we need to stop living up to the stereotype that if we dont have our dads with us we turn out to be easily and badly influenced. Lets start taking credibility for our actions, if you get bullied into doing something i understand or if the person thinks that they need to as a result of coming from a financially weak household and that lifestyle is the olny way its understandable since we all know how expensive just livning can be in the uk but if you dont really have any "struggle" then pattern up because your not helping this stereotype at all.

@Mark Turnbull no it's not life god says when people pass not humans
@Mark Turnbull Absolutely right. There will always be a demand for drugs. Decriminalization of drugs is whats necessary.
