Definitely needs to be a part 2 or made into a series cos I was hooked and the ending wasn’t too predictable either. Just goes to show that the loyal ones always end up getting fucked over.

What a short film, felt emotionally connected to the main character
Muslim Belal aka Ashley Chin is well underrated, typically in these low budget shorts the acting is weak, but cos of Belal's pedigree, he lifts the storyline by a 💯, a shame that even is his TV network premiere on Eastenders back end of last year when the soap focussed on knife crime, he was a fantastic breath of fresh air but once again under used and under rated, I hope in the near future he gets the break he deserves...

I struggle to watch the cycle of damnation on these hood films... saw and felt a lot of the negativity whilst living in Brixton but my parents always preached education and Jesus.... both helped me get through all of that as well as having friends on the same wavelength . Education still important but struggling with the white Jesus and Christianity concepts.. I believe in having faith to help you in life but Jesus .. well I leave it like that!

Anyone who's grown up in the hood has either lived, seen or heard this kind of story a million times. As much as I respect the effort, I hope one day we can stop feeding the system that exploits the worst parts of our culture for profit. Art imitates life, life imitates art - it's time to paint a different picture, like one that shows these kids how to navigate the streets to the corporate world, and how to deal with the real criminals and bloodsuckers, instead of killing our own for pennies.
