When he broke down and said god has literally been carrying me I felt that in my soul and cried with him🥺…as much as I loved Boston rob I was rooting for Matty…he’s just such a good guy would’ve loved to see him come back and give it another try.
matt is a literal amazing guy. i love him and he some of my all time favs! he’s just someone you would love to be friends with. with that said i feel that he’s just a little bit gullible and a bit of a loose cannon but i feel if he came back for a second time he would be much better because he has learned. i would love love LOVE to see him come return but he’s like an actor now so it’s sad that probably won’t happen :( but you never know!
I have just been watching the redemption Island season. Matt was a challenge beast and deserved more time in the main game. The redemption island twist was stupid and unfair. I like Rob but he was clearly intimidated by Matt.

Truly a perfect example of the "golden boy" archetype in survivor. Like a more innocent version of Joe or Malcolm.
Matt was a legend. I would have loved to have seen him come back and play in an all stars or second chance season.
