I've been learning Blender since 2008 and I'm impressed with you just picking it up and making this. Took me years to realize I should animate general movement on curves to make it look right.
I didn't say, but I used 3DS Max for years so I knew the logic of a 3d program. I just needed to switch to Blender and learn where everything is. It was truly a pain for a couple of weeks, but now I enjoy it so much. It's wonderful!
This is the greatest!!! You are so dedicated and a TRUE artist. You not only care about the final image but how you feel about the process. A true sign of an artist.
Don't know if anyone else said this already, but one tip: Instead of using corner pin for the cloud parallax you can also use the transform effect and there it's "skew" parameter. I use it all the time. It's much easier and quicker than the corner pin.

Pro tip: helicopter blades have a very slight upward curvature in flight (mostly straight due to centrifugal force)....they only droop downward when they stop moving; on the ground. Fantastic work though - been really enjoying watching these elements come together

I have learned so much from you guys, and even though I know it must be such a pain in the neck filming the BTS, I hope you can keep it up. Can't wait for the release of this film, I so want to see the final movie, and would be willing to shell out some bucks to keep you guys doing this stuff.
