- Here is an updated version of our 2016 NON-CANON fan-made pocket-sized adventure. This simple story is about a mission of distance set in my imaginary Sky Universe. Captain Benjamin Storm and crew have been given a remarkable assignment: to take the Albatross faster and farther beyond our universe.

There are better special effects in this short film than on many sc-fi series. Whoever did this should be granted a career at a major studio.Amazingly well done!
While many of us have our criticisms, this is undoubtedly what JJ Abrams WANTED to achieve with his vision of "Star Trek." Thank you.

This is so beautiful and truly amazing. I actually started crying at the scene when the ship came out of warp. The music and the scene itself ignites the feelings of wonder from what Star Trek was about. Space as part of the mystery; and the journey. This is what we need more of... Just the beauty of Star Trek.

A hyper-intense melange of wanderlust, bittersweet regret & desire, gut-wrenching yearning, and a general disgust with the current state-of-affairs in our particular 'timeline'. Ya, feel the same way as you Goris Faria. There is something about watching this multiple times that gives me hope. I just came across this channel after 3 years since this was made. It is September 2020 and this pandemic false flag is causing me to yearn for a world like the Star Trek universe. I desire to escape this madness in productions like this.

Jonah: You've got that right. These designs are fabulous. I only wish that the Big Production Houses would hire (or subcontract) some of the movie productions to teams like this.
This was really well done and expertly captures the spirit of adventure of the best of Star Trek.
This is gorgeous! I can't imagine all the time that it took to make this. People pay millions for static art, but this is moving colorful art & music together. I love it.

Captures the feel and spirit of Tos, tmp like no other film, fan or otherwise.
That music after the quantum jump couldn't have been any better to encapsulate the Trek ethos
really cool how the effects mirror that of the new feature films, and the shots.

I love how your ships bob and weave as if they were really flying through the atmosphere. Very graceful!
This is what Star Trek should aspire to be like.
The Large Nacelles makes sense now. If you consider the idea that early ships needed to have a sufficient warp bubble to create warp travel then having large engines did the job better than more traditional ones that were consistent in the early to TOS era especially after coming under threat by a enemy who's far more advanced then you. you have higher performance with the warp bubble creating the desired effect and likely increased range or speed. The Nacelles are large not by looks but by design. It seems Starfleet cheated by simply making the Nacelles larger thus throwing more power and equipment (especially modified or experimental) in them to achieve power performance equal to at least similar to the Narada which we must remember was scanned and its data sent to command from the first movie essentially bringing the federation and potentially the Klingons as they captured the ship up to TNG or at least Early TNG the Ambassador class would realistically be the Kelvins Enterprise Equivalent, if not in size then at least size and power performance. So the Kelvin Enterprise makes sense then she was built using new tech far too early and thus Star Fleet had to modify or design her in a way where she wouldn't fall apart or blow up to use the newly developed tech (the Nacelles) but the new tech allowed her to be scaled up much bigger and thus is more powerful and much more capable than her original timeline variant.
I like how the spaceships bank against the atmosphere as they turn in the vacuum of space, and how their sound is carried without air.
Tremendous looking ship, an excellent addition to the Star Fleet. Thank you for your combined efforts it was moving.
To me it was the most realistic of the fan or even commercial star Trek in term of the sound effects and look of the ships and what we could expect if Quantum Warp Drives became a viable tool of technology.

If only Nu-Trek had been able to capture a tenth of the imagination and wonder this represents. THIS is Trek. I so very wish people of substance had an opportunity to reimagine Star Trek unlike the JJ-hacks of Hollywood. The initial teaser trailer where it just showed the Enterprise under construction gave us a sense of awe about the visceral exhilaration and some existential fear of going into the unknown to explore sights and wonders we couldn't imagine.

Wow! Absolutely fantastic! The ship designs, the rendering of the environments in which these ships travel are all really top notch. Those special effects...wow. I repeat...TOP NOTCH! I felt in my chest an explosion of excitement and anticipation to get back to my work of creating art like this when I started learning how to use Blender and After Effects And getting a brand new computer with a good graphics card. This fired me up. I hope you continue to make works like this. Excellent work. It really did look better than than TNG, or anything we/I have seen so far put out by CBS and others.

Alvision100 - Maybe, hopefully, you guys could make some tutorials on how you created this in Blender and/or After Effects? Probably not. Cannot be giving away your secrets.
I think the most important thing to remember when compositing layers in after effects is lighting and color. That can make all the difference. I just keep trying until I get a good result. Thanks again, I appreciate you taking the time to watch and correspond.

Wow, that is a big compliment and I really appreciate it! The Enterprise 1701 design is legendary, I remember watching The Wrath Of Khan as a kid and being awestruck as the Enterprise pulled out of drydock and headed out into open space. Thank you for watching.
