    Women should talk more openly about their uncensored side rather than being obsessed about perfection .

    In school when I first had my period in 6th Grade, I remember requesting a teacher to give me a sanitary napkin. She looked so disappointed, upset, handed me a sanitary pad and asked me to return a replacement without fail. I remember how it felt even after years have passed since. I believe that educators should also be educated about not treating menstruation as a disgusting side effect of being women, but instead, help young girls navigate it with graceful acceptance and without shaming them. Period!

    @MissMalini I would suggest to use smart phones or tablets to read out posts and comments from FB/INSTA, instead of wasting paper for placards, just to print something that is available on computer!! This initiative is really great and I loved the talk; but while problems of women is a huge issue, we cannot ignore the issue of reduction of trees that are being cut down for paper. While we cannot stop the use of paper, but we can definitely reduce the unnecessary usage.

    Lovely episode.. very realistic. Women need to be able to talk about sexual harassment that they face in everyday situations and need to strongly oppose and report it. Often we avoid and ignore the incidents that we experience and this doesn't correct the men but encourages them to act upon other women.

      I feel there should be a open platform sexual advances in return of work to send out a strong message that this is toxic and should not be normalised

    This is great! Lurve! I also fail to understand why we can't enter the temple when we have our periods. Isn't God supposed to be everywhere? Babies - to have them, not to have them, when to have them - another great topic i think.

    Wouldn't this be a little real and effective if you guys didn't put on make up,do your hair and wear such good clothes in this episode at least ? Not trying to be rude but it would have really felt nice to see you guys actually unfiltered than just talking about it.

      It's a choice. Being uncensored means be comfortable in however you want to be. Doesn't mean they shouldn't wear make up or don't groom themselves.

    Feeling really bad to add negativity to such a nice initiative. But why can't girls just go unfiltered without hesitation ? I keep hearing girls talk about it everywhere but,not one of them is not looking perfect. I know there will be bullying but isn't that going on even when you look your best ?

      Insanely amazing it means without all the dress up make up and lighting...and just be in their shorts casually...just like they would be at home... what's the point of posting unshaven legs when you can come out with them ?

    Okay, so you start off your video by talking about a woman who lost her husband in a battle and how she has to raise her two daughters. Great.
    You had Ranveer validate her bravery by blowing kisses into the air. Okay.
    And 3 mins into the interview, you discuss about "leg hair" because "Bad Girl Riri" posted a picture on Instagram showing few strands of hair on her bare legs.
    What a train of thought! 😨

    Damn the accent, is she confused if she's Indian or American???

    • @anjusingh2098
      @anjusingh2098 6 років тому +1

      Sujan Pradhan she lived in the us for some years. She actually wrote for buzzfeed before this which is based in NY and that's why her accent is kinda mixed

    • @sujrap
      @sujrap 6 років тому

      I did my BSc. in USA as well. I never felt the necessity of learning their accent just to communicate with them. They could well understand my dialect. Just sayin.

    • @anjusingh2098
      @anjusingh2098 6 років тому +1

      I guess she grew up there or something and when you live in a certain place you start speaking like the people there.

    • @sujrap
      @sujrap 6 років тому +1

      You clearly missed the point here. If she had grown up in the US, she wont have accent. My nephew went to US at age 10, speaks in the American dialect clearly. The way she is speaking is a mix of both Desi and American. This is the kind of illusion that our current youth has, if you speak in a American or British accent, you immediately become some kind of VIP or something. I mean what's wrong with our own dialect?

    • @anjusingh2098
      @anjusingh2098 6 років тому

      Sujan Pradhan what I am trying to say is that maybe she acquired it over the years she lived there and before that she had as you say an indian accent. So now that she's back here, she has this mix of both ?
