I really don’t see the problem with using the term “smooth”. It’s a nice generalized term that everyone can understand whether you’re a novice or veteran. Sure it doesn’t go into detail of what makes it smooth, but I can say that’s OK by me. I’m not the best at being overly descriptive for my tasting notes. I just know whether or not I like something. That shirt is amazing Bart! It’s what I imagine would be the last thing someone would see before Steven Seagal whooped their ass 😜.

James D. Wheeler I’m still sticking with my answer. I like what Bert said. I’ll probably use that term more now since I know it bothers people so much. I don’t consider myself an novice as I’ve been at it just as long as a lot of these reviewer‘s on UA-cam I’m just simply not very good at describing the flavours I taste and that’s mostly because I don’t care. I’m just more concerned if it’s smooth or harsh 😜
