Wallahi, since I started listening and reciting Quran every single night before bed, the lust went away and anytime I watch something bad, I feel very bad and just want to skip it instantly. Quran truly heals
Now you should leave behind the idea of lust from your head, It should never linger; never give it thought, not even for a second. For in that second when you're weak, you'll lose everything.
I swear that is so true. I just try to read Baqara every day or Yasin and I don't feel lust anymore. It has been like 3 month I didn't feel the urge to watch at things it became so easy el hamdulillah and I'm not attracted to those bad things anymore. Just try reading surah Baqara every day or at least once every three day.
Wallahi one sincere tahajjud, prayed 2 rakats. I have barely thought about it, and started really enjoying salah, Never doubted what other muslims said about tahajjud but it is so much better once you actually experience it Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Alamin for tahajjud and all its benefits
Thank you for sharing your perspective! Lust is indeed a natural human feeling, but in Islam, we are taught to manage and control it within the boundaries Allah has set for us. When left unchecked, lust can lead to harmful actions such as objectifying others, falling into sinful behavior, or disrupting relationships. The purpose of "killing lust" in the video isn’t to deny human nature but to encourage discipline, self-control, and a higher sense of spirituality. By channeling our desires in a way that pleases Allah.
These two help the solution but they are not the solution. Fasting decreases willpower. If the trigger happens, fasting won't help. If marriage would solve the problem, there would be no cheaters. Trigger what gets people. They are using social media to trigger lust. Lowering gaze in social media is not working either. Your focus is in the screen.
