Fir? A Fir tree. Fur? The pelt of an animal. For? A subordination conjunction. Far? A distance away, miles, kilometers or time. Thanks for the grammatical giggle... 🤣✔👍 Does your mommy know that you are posting comments comments on a Global platform called YT? Blink twice if you need help, ok? I'll call 911.
Oh my gosh, yup, this is me to a tee. Comes all of a sudden, and I get scared, light headed, feel like I'm going crazy. The fear is awful. This happens about once a month but in general I have general anxiety disorder and on medication. For the most part it is under control and I do get anxious in crowds, in traffic, sometimes when I am excercising and I work out too hard and my heart is beating fast. I can't say it controls my life because it isn't but I need to calm myself when this happens. Sometimes I take Xanax which I know is not good and addictive, but Ive been on it for so long that even my PsychNP says I will likely be on it for life. I also take Lamictal, and Quietiapine before bedtime which helps me sleep. Brain works overtime, I overthink, it is crazy. My dad had the same issues for years. Sometimes I pace a little and do breathing excercises and they help a little. I don't remember having alot of this in my 20s or early 30s, seems to have increased with age. I hope to get better without taking a bunch of meds. I also take Magnesium. Any other advice from anyone? Thank you
I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder, but don't have actual panic attacks. I do get tight chested, sweaty palms, depersonalization, intrusive thoughts, irritability, etc..
Thanks for the video. Can you do a video on OCD? Specifically, pure-o. Since the pandemic started I've had countless intrusive thoughts about my loved ones, my sexuality and even weird things like consciously breathing.
I’ve suffered with chronic anxiety for 40 years. Hell on earth.
I watch this video so reassure myself I’m not dying, it will end like it has every other time, and it’s normal.
Why can't I find a doctor like this?
People say ask for help. When I do they try to medicate me.
I need to know so I can work
on them.
Thank you so very much fir this video Dr. it’s scary and does feel like I have gone temporarily insane and have no control over myself
