The name of the suspension bridge is Blackshale Creek Suspension Bridge in case anyone is wondering. You can get there from Canmore via the Smith Dorriend Trail which is mostly gravel with an hour long drive. If you're mostly going for this alone I would take Hwy 1 since that route is paved almost the whole way. Granted, the views won't be as nice.
Canmore city was actually quite busy when we went! When we went hiking it was very secluded locations and the cave tour is kept small. It definitely would have been more busy without Covid though, specially now with the current restrictions in Alberta.

why was there no crowd. Was it always that empty or it is bcz of covid?
