At 01:05 you said Domain projects are not supported in PCE. They are supported wherever we have manually provisioned Mule Runtime Engine. CH and RTF have scripted Runtime whereas PCR and Hybrid(Customer Hosted anywhere whether in OnPrem or on the cloud) will be having manually provisioned Mule Runtimes. So PCE and Hybrid both model supports Domain Projects and CH and RTF don't.
