    Love this pattern! It’s so thick and comfy! Not flimsy like the ones you buy in the store!
    You are an excellent teacher & have beautiful hands and a pleasant voice! I know, I know.. sounds shallow but I really enjoy listening to. Pleasant voice and get so sidetracked on chopped nails and bad manicures! Hahaha😉

    BUT.. this hat is AMAZING! I’m on my FOURTH one! 👊🏻I made one for my super picky chic daughter who loved it and so does everyone who tries it on. It’s a hit! So THANKYOU! Blessings, 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻💕

    I have remade this 5-6 times a year for the last 3-4 years (9 the first year) but every year at this time I come for a refresher I always remember 21stitches and 21” but then the honeycomb I’m always nervous so start without your help!

    I made this hat and I love it! Tunisian is my new favorite kind of crochet to do! My only struggle, and I still am stumped with it, is the end of each row before the return pass. My edges were awful! When I got to the part of your video showing the seaming the hat together I really knew I had done something wrong. Your's matched with nice little v's, mine looked like a squiggly snake! But it all hid well after I seamed it! Practice will improve my technic! Thanks for the easy to follow video! I'm a visual learner so it was great to follow along and then work on mine and actually completing a project for a change!!

    You'd need 2 skeins of yarn and a dbl. hook to do it , but
    Tunisian CAN be done in the round .
    Also , if you load the on the last round by drawing up a loop
    skipping every other stitch it'll gather much easier .

    I’m making this hat now and am working along with your video. After the second row of Tunisian crochet you point to the large gaps between the stitches and indicate that you will take care of that in the end but I can’t find where you talk about the spacing once you finish your fabric. Have I missed a step?

Can you let me know as I've never used one.. thanks.

    • @HeartHookHome
      @HeartHookHome  4 роки тому

      There are Tunisian hooks with a hook on both end but those are only needed for working Tunisian in the round. That would work if you put a stopper on the end (so the stitches don’t fall off). Both are definitely Tunisian though.
