What a great and fair review. Thank you Fred for all the super valuable feedback. We did mellow out the W concave on both ends, but you are correct, we should have considered riders who like a narrower stance, and mellow it out in the center as well. That's a very good point. We like to have it stronger in the center again to lock your feet on both sides, but only for that wider stance. For the DKP turning radius, we did test it along dkp boards, and on soft bushings with a looser setup on the N3, we were able to achieve a very similar turning radius, but of course, at the detriment of stability at high speed (but all good with some practice).. But you are the DKP king, so if you feel like it's not there yet, then we can continue to work on it. Also, we do offer a 6a charger by default with the Elite version of the board, but maybe for future series we'll consider offering it by default for the standard models too. If a customer wants the 6A charger but for the standard N3, they can message us and we'll see what we can do. But all in all, hearing your heavy enthusiasm about our new ESC, really made us happy as well. Next step, is improving our bushings. Thank you and see you at Esk8con!
Just an FYI to save other people time. I ordered a Nomad N3 a few days ago, reached out to their support to see if they would send me the better charger. They offered a $20 coupon on a $180 charger.

Awesome, thanks Fred! So what are your thoughts on going with the std version vs the Elite version? Their rep says there's only a 700g (1.55 lb) difference between them. I would've guessed more of a difference with the added capacity of the larger capacity Samsung cells and the bigger motors (?).I wonder why they use the 2 different motors? I was actually hoping the std version was lighter, that would've made it an easier decision. At 1.55 difference, that added range and more the efficient motors (I'm guessing?), that makes the decision harder given the $300 price difference.

I really like it but no street wheel option. ACEdeck say get the N1 with the element gear drive if you want street wheels but the N3 is just so much better in every way. Would be good if they also offered the N3 with the element 2 in 1 gear drive.
Just so you know, the N1 has been upgraded with improved firmware and better ESC as well, so it's just as smooth as the N3 now! On paper, it only has half the range, but still enough especially on street wheels. Street wheels on the N3 wouldn't be ideal due to clearance issues with the big battery.
