Oh my God Sarah I feel like I’m going to be watching us every day I have become very good at blocking out other peoples emotions mostly but sometimes I just get so overwhelmed. I have been tested and I have been an empath since I was a young child it started off when my emotions were so different from day today in the classroom and they figured out I was picking up on other children and the way they were feeling they wanted to give me Medication to try to numb that but I just did not want to do that I didn’t want to be zombie so I’ve just learned different techniques over the years. Bless you so much for this

Will likely delete this comment, but I'm going to watch this again later as its only 4am but my dreams have been weird lately so I am watching this before sleeping a few hours before heading out later. At one point when you began talking of the violet flame and basically asking the spirit guides/angels/etc to come in, there was a sensation that something was in here with me. You know like how it feels on the ground when a cat or a person steps onto the space or bed or wherever you're at -- that's like how it felt, I could feel the ground shift like that while on my bed. I'm the only one here and there's no pets. Then, when you were talking of reaching down into the Earth to anchor onto crystals inside the Earth, I actually didn't see any crystals in my mind, I saw a flower and it was like glowing and blue or white or both, and the petals open. It was pretty but weird to see. I don't actually do much visualization meditations because usually I can't visualize things in my minds eye when my eyes are closed for more than a second, so it was really interesting that not only did I see this in color, but that I saw anything at all. Could you do a reiki video for physical healing from illness or to increase physical energy throughout the day? Thanks! Also am grateful for this reiki video because I'm tired of picking up on other's energy. Does this also help to block out energy that others deliberately try to project onto someone? I think I'm dealing with someone who is able to do that and its exhausting to deal with.

What a fantastic way to get my day started. I rarely go to public places anymore, I liken it to being in a mosh pit. So I appreciate the grounding and protection fountain. Also, imagine my surprise when you recognized my knees as I had just finished wrapping them. It's getting much harder to walk and my surgeons want to schedule surgery. I'm far to young for this and have been putting it off. I often use your reiki for pain videos. Do you do personal videos?

Oh my God going to funerals is so overpowering I can usually do OK until it’s time for the service but when they start speaking and people really starts to hurt it feels like there’s a 20 pound weight on my chest and I immediately start crying I can usually keep the tear silent but my husband has gotten to where he can tell and we just usually have to leave at that point
You´ve just arrived from heaven. So beautiful. Ps. Sometimes the backgrond music is louder than your voice. I prefer the raw version or with the music a little lower to enjoy your words.
