I think just when u offered to put your hands on my shoulders and the intention.. EVERYTHING melted away..I realized how restricted my breathing and body had become. I really really needed this Sarah...Thank you with everything that I am.❤

However as soon as you said that I feel baby blue which is normally not the color I see when I watch reiki videos, but it has been an extremely long time since I watched one. Thank you💙
