@@Terminathan thank you ! Also found out that to make the 1/4 inch jack mono you have to press the m button. Those stand for mojo and stereo not mute and solo lol !
Vangoa has a new banjo! Vangoa 5 String Banjo Kit, 38 Inch Full-Size Nylon String Banjo, Closed/Open Back Banjo with Sapele Resonator, Remo Drum Head, Starter Banjo w/Gig Bag for Beginners, Adults, Glossy Brown
@@MariaCalfaDePauloh that's cool!! I may stick with the Steel strings because I like the brightness imo. Banjo is my dream instrument ❤❤. Love the sound but I don't have $190
Synido sent me this one too. I’ll get my video posted in next few days. Ironically, I was very confused by the connections as well. The little M/S button changes the quarter inch jack from mono to stereo. I figured that much out. However, I’m still confused as to why they gave us an 1/8 inch TRS jack for a mic jack. That seems really odd.
@@davewallace1209 I think it’s just what Kale mentioned that I needed to press the M button for mono. I thought m was for mute. I think it was written in a tiny diagram in the instructions that I couldn’t read. But I am not sure why one quarter inch jack would need to be stereo. I have never heard of that before. So I guess that’s a “balanced jack” but wouldn’t you normally have two? I know one of my speaker sets need balanced cords but there are two of them. Anyway thanks for watching
@@MariaCalfaDePaul Balanced mic leads usually come as an XLR plug, but you occasionally find them as a stereo configuration i.e. TRS. But I'm out of touch as I haven't watched the vid yet.
@@davewallace1209 okay thanks! I think I understand now but it’s weird because the port in question is the 1/4 inch which in my experience I have only seen used as MONO when there is only one quarter inch as in this device I told Synido they should use a 1/4 inch port for the mic as well (they have an 1/8th inch on this unit )
very informative, thank you!

@@musicalmiscellany oh good. I’m glad you told me that. That is odd but at least now I can use it with my guitar
Praps it's balanced?
