- dell precision 5530 .Power manager ,thermal option on gaming performance .Dell did a great job updating a thermal management on power option . capturing video from screen did not go so smooth as it should be .The actual gaming staging without capturing video while gaming, goes even smoothly without lag, even FPS showed up higher without catching up screen recording. You can see difference between cooling and optimized settings in power management ,but cooling option is giving up FPS while playing .As for optimized is giving us more watts, more FPS more GHZ and more thermal rise up... Bios updated to latest1.23.0. version. 2022 january 12.
Could you make a review comparing wz gaming laptop and which vedio card exactly gives the same performance comparing wz p1000 4gb ??? Plz
This video card of precision 5530 p1000 almost equals to GTX 1050 laptops performance with i7 8850H CPU . It can handle a lot of games ,but on some games it needs to be reduced the quality settings in order to get smoother fps framework .

Thank you BRO ❤️❤️❤️
How did you record the video? I installed Nvidia RTX/Quadro experience on my precision 5530 but it keeps telling me that "A supported game is required to use this feature" every time I press Alt+F9 to start screen recording.
Just push windows logo button on your keyboard plus G at the same time .You will have window open with options and you will have screen recorder there nothing special
@@beka.m.3490 Wow, I wasn't aware of this, thank you so much man!
What about heating?
Hallo bro, have test rendering on blender or after effect/premier pro? Maybe sample video? Thanks i want to know about rendering performance 🙏🏻
How much ssd space do you have?
@trantovideo I had 512 ssd on it .
@@beka.m.3490Thanks. I want to get this and I realized there’s no space for additional storage. How did you get around that?
@@trantovideo there are 2 battery option available on this model 1. has smaller battery but has space for ssd inside ,but i had bigger battery and had only 1 slot for ssd so if you want 2 slots then you have to give up long hours working with the small one . only option is upgrade ssd . you can transfer all you data to the new one .
How much ssd space do you have?
Can I get same fps on max settings?
> I have Dell Precision 5520
> 32Gb DDR4 Ram
> 512Gb Nvme M.2
> Nvidia Quadro M1200 4Gb
> 4K Touch Display
Hi. im not sure about 5520 .Maybe it will get closer as mine 5530. If you need more fps on the way you have to switch dell power manager in thermal management and tick either adaptive or ultra performance but dont forget the temperature will be above the average of CPU usage .As for GPU will be normal .
PS. You have to set the game display on fhd .4K wont work well on you .
Hello, I have purchased the same laptop that you show in the video but the performance it gives me I think is not correct, many games do not use more than 50% of the graphics. Have you done any special configuration on your laptop other than ultra performance mode?
Hi .It depends on games some games needs a lot of power . did you check dell power manager? you want performance you should set up in power manager full performance ,but be aware of thermal heats .I did not do anything at all .maybe your laptop is thermal throttling and needs repaste and clean out from dust thats why it uses 50 precent of power
@@beka.m.3490
Yes, I have used power management and I put it in ultra performance, but it seems strange to me that even so in many games, for example the valorant my CPU and GPU do not exceed 50% of the performance. This causes me to have to play at less than 60 fps. How do I activate the 50% you mentioned?
@@constantinodejesusfernande9792
Thats really strange .well 1. just check the drivers make sure all is updated .check in bios turbo speed must be on to achieve full performans and i will recommend to update to latest bios version that comes on aither april or july 2023 i always update my laptop to the latest drivers and softwares ,but i did not do anything special to tune up my laptop .so get in bios and make sure turbo boost is on and check it out once again ..
@@beka.m.3490 Hahahaha, it seems that I have everything as you have explained. Also thank you very much for taking the time to answer me😊, the ultra-performance mode helped me a bit. By chance you have not tested other games for example Valorant? That runs me at 90 fps at 1080p😎
hi bro do you notic any thermal throttling? because i want to buy the dell xps 15 9570 but when i search about it i found that all suffer from the heating issues so i change to the dell precision 5530 because no one say it have any thermal issues so what do you thing? and do you changed your cooling paste or doing any thing to solute the thermal throttling if it exist
HI mate. couple of times i got it thermal throttling when i playing high demand beefy games like cyberpunk 77 while thermal management was set to ultra performance or adaptive .other than that no issues at all with thermals . 5530 is more stable and durable model dell ever made .i did repaste with arctic silver mx 6 that gives me 4-5 degrees less that other cooling paste . just if you decide to get 5530 model ,make sure to get all the softwares and drivers update including latest bios you will good to go
and one more thing . Now i flipped my 5530 with dell xps 9710 rtx 3050 4k 32gb 1t nvm. its amazing laptop with vapor chamber cooling .The size is 17inch of 9710 actually equals to 5530 because of the thinnest basel of display
@@beka.m.3490 thank you so much for your time bro, that's informations really help me i'm appreciate it ♥️
how about screen? soft for work ? example coding php
Scrren is perfect .Colors, brightnees.. everything .Just awesome ..
@@beka.m.3490 thank you, i will find on my city
I'm getting 40 fps on mid settings on the same laptop, why?
I recommend going into the nvidia control panel -> manage 3D -> Preferred graphics processor -> (select) High performance NVIDIA processor, it should work and help reduce processor temperatures, obviously it consumes more power.
@@bluediu1714 My laptop stop working today ;/
@@bluediu1714 It has already fixed, but i'll try ur method
@@S0PPEK ok I also recommend you to do the process of limiting the processor frequencies , it will help you to reduce the temperatures of your laptop, check this: : ua-cam.com/video/ItEiV_E22Pw/v-deo.htmlsi=ho_mKN4a8rJwgQlu
But decrease from 100% to 99% for battery and plugged in.
You should generally have more stable fps and temperatures and avoid thermal throttling 🎉.
@@bluediu1714 Didn't help :(
What is game settings
Its max settings .FPS should be 100 fps on cool thermal management ,but while screen recording the game, it dropped down 45-50 fps. Also on dell power manager it was set on cool option ,so its also dropped fps down .Without screen recording and if i set up dell power manager on ultra performance ,that game goes up 150 fps in game max setting ,but you end up with thermal heat up about 95 C. I just want say that after updating latest bios firmware the dell power manager works fine .Even on dell xps will not have thermal throttling if you set this option on cool .
Any heating issue?
On that laptop? oh no sir .No heating issues at all .well i don know if you havent cleaned your fans for years and did not apply thermal paste ever ? That might be problem ,but on precision 5530 ? never ...
