Ingredients
Matcha Dough:
3 cups Plain Flour
1 cup Bread Flour
1/4 cup White sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Matcha Powder
1 cup Evaporated Milk
2 1/2 tsp Instant Dry yeast
2 tsp white sugar
1 pc egg
1/4 cup softened butter
Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup softened butter
Matcha Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/4 cup softened butter
3/4 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp matcha powder

Just finished making mine and eating one, it was delicious! I wish I would’ve kept mine in the oven for 20 min though I feel like at 25 it over baked.

Very nice video and explanation what to do, I will try it this weekend. The only I suggest to use better quality matcha because the color of one you use is more greyish then green. I recommend to use kenko or matchabar but my favorite and budget friendly is Aprika Life matcha.
