This is one of the best spelunky mods I ever seen, I was already familiar about mods that recreated the level generation of spelunky HD but this one not only retexturised the traps the mobs etc, but it even implemented the mechanics of the worm, the castle, the knights, the acid, the knife and many other things. I'm super excited to see the next updates
This mod looks amazing! I can't wait to see what they do with it, I would love to see how they make the temple! I love your content, and all of the videos you make are so unique and interesting! (in a good way) I know the mod is still being made but Quick question, are there any of the same level feelings such as "my skin is crawling", "I hear snakes, I hate snakes", or "I hear rushing water"? Acid with new water physics and poison mechanic is TERRIFYING, getting the knife almost seems like a death wish
If you're stupid all you really have to do is go in with a rope and not explode it

you'd be surprised at how actually difficult adding new content to spelunky ends up being

The Worm was pretty cool I think but the acid looks like it’ll be annoying
it's a powerful item. it is basically an excalibur that you don't even have to hold

I feel like it would be more fitting to have the Dark Castle as a sub-level. Not sure what to do with the worm though
