@@84bombsjetpack23 ive beat 4/5 of em and i disagree. There are achievements in celeste that are harder then beating spelunky, but i dont think anything in any of the games are as hard as cosmic ocean. so if your going by the hardest thing in the game i still think lunky is harder.
@@wesleymcbob Cosmic Ocean doesn’t count because it’s not an official achievement. By that logic you could say a deathless 100% run also counts as a challenge in Celeste.

While the list has some good choices, I never really understood why “being hard” is supposed to be a selling point. Hard has nothing to do with quality.

@@nassiratownsend2822 Does a “challenge” mean “the hardest thing possible”? A challenge should be just the right amount of difficulty, not “as hard as can be”.

Just an FYI, dovetail is pronounced like the tail of a dove (i.e. the bird). More commonly, it's used to described the woodworking joint that shares a resemblance to its namesake. While incredibly sturdy, it can be notoriously difficult to do right (by hand at least; CNCs make them fairly trivial), hence the usage here as the elements of the game pair perfectly with one another. Hope you enjoyed the knowledge bomb XD

Disco Elysium: The Final Cut (PC version) has a Metacritic score of 97, while The House in Fata Morgana has a 96. Why did you not include it?
Wasn’t included on metacritics top games of all time list. Here’s the link from their own website: www.metacritic.com/browse/game/
Also, when I searched this games metacritic review, it defaulted to the ps5 version with an 89, so maybe that’s why. Either way, some niche game probably has a 99 based on 4 critic reviews or something, and all I can do is go by metacritics own list. I wish they would make their own top indie games ever list would have made this way easier
Note: No other indie games were ranked 93 so that's why there were no other games that were mentioned and why I did a top 5. Deciding where to rank the 4 tied games at 93 was based off of where they were on the metacritic top games list. IDK if metacritic ranks them within each individual number or not. The problem i see with the Bot AI is that it just wants to kill everything, and thats why it dies most of the time, because most human players wouldnt try to kill everything and instead ignore most enemies, the goal of the AI is different than the human's goal of beating the level
