Great breakdown of the cold email process! A key tactic often overlooked is personalization at scale - segment your list by industry or job title, then tweak your template to address their specific pain points. This will increase your response rates.
how practical is this though? the screenshot says she is going through the recipients website in a video, which sounds like shes done a recording of each prospects website. that is not practical at all.
Daymn this is gold! How do you decide who the competitor is? Do you zone in on whoever looks like they are doing the best in the space or do you look for other stuff?
@disciple786 I think, you have to perform market research first. And, in that, competitor analysis. She has said in her another video that you have to start with market research first always.
Great question! Usually there is a market leader, or the #1 business, in an industry. It's easier to find in some niches than others, but there is always a market leader.
Appreciate the feedback! Hmm with a realtor (or B2C) cold email can be harder. It really comes down to the quality of your list and the qualifiers. Because you are trying to figure out who is most likely to need your services. What are the qualifiers that make someone most likely to want to buy/sell in the next X time frame?
Fabulous! I am really impressed with ya...... Now, "ya" is "you" in Texas. I really want to learn whole e-mail marketing with your videos. I haven't seen amazing digital marketing instructor like you.
Yeah, and we actually just sent a discount to our list. $100 off, making it $97. If you email my team at support@persuasionexperience.com they can hook you up with the discount and tell you more :)

I would find this more impressive if you could shared your numbers (open rates, open to booking, etc.) on a specific campaign, anybody could get at least 1 response by sending thousands of emails...
We don't send 1000s, they are small targeted campaigns of about 100-300 in the list. Open rates aren't a guiding metric we use on cold, instead we use response rates. Because it was so targeted, the open rate was 70%+ (highest in finance). And the response rate was 11-14% (highest in finance). In this talk I only had 5 mins, so had to get through everything quickly. Hope that helps :)
She’s not using her competitors name but the name of her potential clients competitors. She’s using that so they open the email which is step 1 of her process. Hope this helps 😊
You can play clients against each other, you can use the “competitor name” which is just another companies name from your lead list who is close to them, whichever one replies first is the one you take on as a client. You gave them both the same choice.
You misunderstood her tactic. If your store is Javed Electronics and your competitor is Bob Electronics you will receive an email that reads something like: "I Can Show You How to Get More Sales than Bob Electronics" How would Bob Electronics know you received an email with his company name? He has no way of knowing.
So the thing about making money is you make more of it the more attention and authority you have in a market. So these "stupid videos" bring in leads or product sales... which make me money. Hope that helps!

Aren't cold emails illegal these days?
nope :)
Over conference
Meeeeeh,.... typical stuff
Typical for some, new info for others! What do you find is working in your cold email machine?
You are making some foes yourself by putting your competitors name. I probably won’t do that. Just speaking for myself not for all.
