Perhaps this works for services that propose solutions to simple problems such as a taxi service. I don't see it working for a T-shirt business or a music band that are rather more based on emotion. There should be more youtube videos for businesses that face multiple difficulties that are more complex just selling something. They might offer a new way of doing things, which the customer didn't know what underperforming in the first place They might also need to convince a customer to be active in the process to make it work. Such an example would be a business that sells a type of meditation that could help the average person breathe better or something similar. Or a way to fast forward you high school program if you follow a series of steps.

The risk of using lead magnets is that you are also attracting lots of freebie seekers who don't even look at the resource as they didn't have to pay for it or don't have the time. Sometimes it can be better to go straight with the call funnel instead in my experience. My audience(niche) is way to busy to go through long funnels.

I have been doing landing pages for 2 years and I didn’t know half of this information, it’s crazy how little I knew about the whole process, designer team, strategy team, paid media team, clients, and leads I mean so many people are involved and the designer is so many times left behind and doesn’t have access to half of this information when in reality the designer makes all the difference. This is golden 🧡
