    just don't overwater the seed. It will run off if you do. All you have to do is keep it damp. The yard is looking good. The spot where you almost got stuck you could put in a drain where you trench something about 8" wide by 10" deep and put clean rock in there and you shouldn't have a wet spot there.

    • @JasonWorksAlot
      @JasonWorksAlot  5 років тому +1

      Brian Gardiner roger that. Got my lawn advice from bighead earthworks llc hope he didn’t steer me wrong!! Drain like that is probably what I’ll end up doing. I need to get a ditching bucket for the mini first. Only have a 24”

      @JasonWorksAlot  5 років тому +1

      Brian Gardiner I mean I’m always open to criticism and suggestions. Just because his lawn can be seen by greenness from outer space doesn’t mean he knows everything lol. He told me to keep the top inch of soil damp the first week or so. Sound right?
      If I get out of the habit of making vidjas I’ll never get back into it. So trying my best to keep at it somewhat. Trying to finish the power broom up too driveway needs it desperately.

      What size/ operating weight is your miniexcavator ? I have a 48" ditching bucket for my Kubota KX161-3..12,000lb machine and in the process of converting my 72" general purpose loader bucket to use as a mulch/ snow bucket on the excavator

    Wow!..I guess it costs, what it costs, but $240 seems a bit steep for a sprinkler. What happened to the ‘dog park’? That deer at 9:00 was awesome. You didn’t seem very surprised about it so I guess you see them all the time.
    🤜🤛

    • @JasonWorksAlot
      @JasonWorksAlot  5 років тому

      psidvicious id agree but for the sprinkler and the hose with shipping it is what it is. Good quality so far so good. “Dog park” (lol)is working well has been very good for Nike(the shepherd lab who was an abuse case) it’s been helping him rehabilitate well. The deer is an every day occurance lol. We have 20-30 of them in the hard daily and they’re well socialized. They don’t even run from the lawnmower until you’re within about 20 feet and even then it’s still just kind of a walk away a few feet. It gets annoying to be honest

    • @psidvicious
      @psidvicious 5 років тому

      For a city boy (🙁) that’s pretty cool w/the deer. Surprisingly, here in the city, every once in a blue moon, if you’re out very late or up very early, you might see a fox prowling around. I have no idea where they go during the day.
      🤜🤛

    I have 7 of these and LOVE them! I'm currently using them to water my corn fields. Anyone know if I can get a pipe extension to increase the height? Once the corn gets too tall, I'm not going to be able to get the water coverage needed so I was wondering if anyone knew if you can increase the height. Any feedback would be much appreciated!

    • @JasonWorksAlot
      @JasonWorksAlot  Рік тому +1

      If memory serves they’re just made out of 1” pipe. So you could probably get a coupler and a piece of 1” black iron pipe. I’d bet if you brought it to a pun king supply store they could help you right out.

    Good to hear your done comrade‼️ Looks really good for sure‼️ Just curious. Did you get tired of cleaning up the stumps and decided to just leave em❓

    • @JasonWorksAlot
      @JasonWorksAlot  5 років тому +1

      Mark Mortensen thanking you comrade. No, we took the trees down in stages. We ground all the stumps from the first stage of it. The ones left are when we decided to clear out all the way to the creek. My problem is the cost of renting the stump grinder or paying someone to do it is ridicules anymore. I’m buying an auger attachment for the excavator to put in the fence, and when I rebuild the deck I’ll need it there too. I’m also getting a stump planer bit for it so I’ll just take care of the remaining stumps then. We still have atleast 15 trees to come down on the property too so I’ll do all them at the same time.
