      Even better: Just Don´t delete "TextureCoordinate", Simply clicking on it, on the left, in the menu, should change the values ​​of "UTiling" and "VTiling", apply, and save it, and that's it.

    You can also go into modelling mode and bake rotation and scale and it should be sorted

    The best way to fix this is to make the UVs !
    Triplanar is a great options for big modular assets sometimes but not on everything. It's pretty heavy for a full game

    Cool, Thank you very much for this!!! For Displacement-Material, I duplicated the Displacement Texture 3 times and added "SplitComponents" after the WorldAlignedTextures" so I have the RGB-outputs

    How do you move a texture up down left or right like texture coordinates after you have the texture scaled to match.
    So I have a 4x4 ceiling tile, then I attach a 1/4 pice to it, I got the size on the 1/4 to match but it needs to move down just a bit in order for it to be perfect even though the scale is where it needs to be

      You have to do it manually by creating a separate material for each thing you want to use this for.

      If you were to use a world aligned texture on something that moves then it would probably look a bit weird, besides that I personally don't believe there is any 🙏💯

      It can be useful on some assets or modular assets, but not on everything since it's not game ready

    This needs to be a one click button in the texture graph. I find it dumb having to always come back to google when I need to fix textures. I dont do it enough to remember this.

      Hello, if there is a parent material then you would want to go inside there and convert the texture samples to texture objects and to setup the world aligned texture and normal, ect 🙏💯

      You would have to find the texture samples for the base color and the normal and then convert them to texture objects with world aligned texture and world aligned normal nodes, then the xyz texture will plug back into whatever the texture samples were originally plugged into, it would definitely take more effort if there's a ton of nodes in your material to search through although there has been a couple other comments on this video which mention other methods instead of world aligned textures so you could always try other methods 💯🙏

      try this, at the project settings, search for default RHI, and set it to directx11, somehow after doing this there is no other crash

      Whatever is easier for you, with this method you can apply your texture to any object whether its scaled or not and it will all line up properly and takes less than a minute 💯😁
