Ehh , the hydraulic hose should enter sideways on a 8-10 mm spacer , i made a cutout on the steer tube and also on the spacer , when its put together a hole its formed , there is enough space for the hose to take the curve , the screw its a little bit in the way but its manageable , that would be a nicer look ... and the cable must be tied to the crown to stay away of the tire on a full compression
Gee would you consider adding to ghe videos the actual lacing and wheel truing process as well? I really enjoy the videos a lot, they made me want to have my own business.
A brand new Park Tool saw...sweet! First use too! I just don't like integrated cables....just way too much work when a repair or replacement is needed. Besides it's not attractive to have cable coming out the fork's top cap....Any new bike should have UDH....major mistake not to have gone that direction...
Lol bro, the reason behind the cable coming out of the top cap and the rear break cable being too long is whips and bars. Also its a actually a DH frame, using a lyrik is the second hint... Besides, cables are not actually going through the frame. Learn your stuff before complaining and learn to pull cable through frame, its actually not that hard. Thanks
@@Hazukro+ It looks like this frame has a big cut on the bottom tube to make cable routing ultra easy, bro just wanted to complain even before starting the video lol.
And it wouldnt make any sense to use a dh fork on freeride build. Feeding the brake through the topcap would make any sense since the fork would make barspins impossible

I want to ask you a question: What do you do with these bikes after you finish assembling them?
One question,to cut the steer tube you almost leave 3 spacers below the stem independently from the head tube?
I hope he will answer our questions@@pbls43

Isn't it a UDH ? It really looks like one.

Not sure how I feel about the brake line feeding through the top cap. Doesn't seem very elegant.
Its the only way to allow bar spins. Borrowed technique from bmx
Todos mucho bien
What kind of a headset is that
I would have used a Downhill Fork
Not if you do not ride ONLY downhill...that fork is heavier that a single crown for sure...
