I wanted to know are the stories namely the plot ur own is there any copyright? I am asking im part of a rehabilitation group we do alot of enhanced thinking skills and motivation stuff I wanted to include one of the stories not word for word but the plot and meaning we hand out work sheets with exercises on them stuff to provoke discussion and thoughts

Disagree. I work hard and mind my own business but other people can’t ignore me. They constantly sabotage me. So I partially disagree with this theory. The idea is to remain focused on positive but don’t think that your haters will be gone.

it's like something is pulling, that makes my head hurts.

I feel strain when I smile
sometimes it's very hard to find a position that makes feel comfortable but also a fight to not to get lazy in order to find comfort.
hard to sleep. it's like lot of weight on my head. overthinking, questioning conclusions, analysing etc.
being in a pain that is unexplainable sometimes.
for me healing is something that makes a person stronger, able to explain and help him/herself and others instead of scared and run away.
@Tazmeen P perhaps something is stuck, it's like you are looking for a flow. keep yourself busy in something creative like painting or anything of your interest. avoid toxicity (social media, news, toxic people). make a healthy routine.

Remember that no matter how bad the world may seem at times, somewhere there are good people who are trying to make things better. They may not always succeed, but at least they try, and that gives me hope for humanity.

So very true. I had to say goodbye 3 weeks ago to my sweet dog, soul mate, and best friend that I shared my life with for 15.5 years. He was almost 17. I know we had a good life together and I am better for having known him. All the cliches don’t seem to be working. I loved him with all of my being and everything feels so empty with no purpose now. I keep fighting because he fought so hard to stay with me but everyday gets harder not easier. This is a pain I have her felt. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated.

I understand you brother! It's a real challenge to relate with Egoistic people and here is why my dear friend because sadly but truthfully it means one has not also overcome his/her Ego or the Animal / Beastly nature. That's the reason why another's Ego works are getting to you. I hope you understand even though it's not that simple to. But if you do, you will be able to know who you truly are. I have come to understand through knowledge, practice and experience that inevitably at end of the day, we are constantly making choices in favor of either the Ego or Animal nature and our Spiritual nature. When we relate to spiritual nature in others which is pure, harmless loving and same as that which is within us but not their Ego which is vile, brutal, cunning, selfish and most importantly that which separates us from each other through gender, race, color, Creed, believes, statuses etc then we choose only to see the good in people and also strengthen the good within us because that's what we give the power of our Attention to. However whoever chooses to be a slave to their Ego or Animal nature have their own responsibility to face. It all falls in place and becomes simpler when we come to the understanding that we are all from the Divine or Source of Life and eventually we must (owe it to ourselves ) find our way back to the Source of Life as a part of it if only we choose to. Therefore the challenge is to become the very Source of all good here on earth and Expect nothing from anyone. You be the Light, Life,Love, Truth, Good, etc to others and you will see know evil, here no Evil and never indulge in Evil. 🙏

Though I believe that there is some truth to this, only people who live very sheltered lives can afford to believe this wholeheartedly. I think it's better to invest some time and energy learning how to spot the wolves out there, and how to differentiate them from the well-meaning people of the world.
Learning to spot the wolves may take so much time, just like studying all the counterfeit moneys may take a lifetime. Just spend time studying all the features of the Original money; then it will be so easy to spot out any fake currencies. That's all, saves time and energy

I have shared this story in the video many times over years and see a lot of truth in it. However, I had been in a place where I was treated badly because of a very influential family's many lies.
The good Lord guided me to where I live now, where I could start with a clean slate among the most wonderful people I've ever lived around. The most important thing is being as kind as possible to those around you and that usually is returned.

That story reflects what I seem to have been doing over the years. Most of my earlier experiences were negative and as a result I had developed a very negative view of the world.
Yet there has been some good too which I acknowledged but my outlook has remained predominantly negative.
As a result I have mainly had negative outcomes and I want this to change. However old habits die hard.
