Love the video... my spacers seem a little loose... can you show a pic of how you used the zip ties to hold the spacer in place? Can’t really see it in the video
With the 2nd rider what was the difference in height? I know of course it depends on the rider. But you mentioned the wife so with her and you how much high did it ride before the spacers ?
I have a 2016 polaris sportsman 450 ho (detuned 570) and a put a 2" lift on the front. I literally loaded it on the trailer and my front CV axle broke just unloading it. needless to say I took the lift off immediately
Excellent install video. Thanks for sharing my friend and I Hope you have a blessed week my friend. I think I ordered some parts form the same people for the KLR the shipping was terrible and I to cant recall the name of them. Thanks again for sharing and have a blessed week my friend.
shaun schollaert Sorry I don't I forgot we're I got it. Do a search for eagle snow plow there a lot of places that sell this brand. You get 2 options for mounts, mine is the front mount and I love it it's a clean look. And it is super easy install and hook up.
Great video. Thanks bro. I just ordered mine too. Polaris says you can put two spacers on each side too if need be. Have you tried that? I also tightened up the adjusters to the tightest setting. I’m upgrading my Polaris Glacier Plow to a Boss V. The Boss V is 245lbs and the gentleman from Boss told me, I must address the shocks cuz this suckers heavy. I’m not sure what the Glacier 60 is but I know it’s not 245, that’s for sure.
Deerector no I'm only running singles at each axle. I know my plow isn't that heavy. Maybe 70 to 80 lbs I guess. You can get Polaris heavy duty springs, for around 75.00 that would help.
Dual Sport Guy oh interesting. That’s good to know. Well I’ll try this first. Between tightening them to the max and the coils I think I should be good. But if I’m rocking with bumps and stuff and it still feels mushy, I’ll def do that. Thank you again.
yea I don't know about your 570 but on the 450 ho (detuned 570) he claims 22 HP gain on regular gas. I can't wait to feel 43 HP under me. and reliable safe HP at that
Great video man! Liked the does at the end.......anywho I just had a question for u as I have the exact same bike in sage green and love the bike so far.....No real problems yet but I do all my own maintainance to give me peace of mind. Have you adjusted your springs from the stock position yet and if so did u notice any real difference in your suspension? Hope to hear from ya. L8er
These actually don't really help at all. I have 2 on each front spring and once I lift my polaris oem plow that came original with the bike and installed by the dealer and reinstalled by another dealer it still squats down far enough to lift the back tires up enough to slip a piece of paper under the tires. I had to install aftermarket fully adjustable shocks with piggy back reservoirs to remedy the problem.
guess what, took the bike out yesterday for a 10 minute ride with my girlfriend, broke another front axle. this is with no lift, stock tires, no power adders. bike has 203 miles on it. in ready to sell this thing. I've had 3 broken axles on a brand new bike
the lift was only on to load the bike and unload it. either way as much as I love the rest of the bike the axles are definitely junk. just beware. I love the quad to pieces but sadly the axles are pure junk on these. good luck to you. gorrilas are definitely in my near future

Mr. Big Hoss I'll see what I can do
Did it help with 2 up rideing
Yes they did, not as much fender rubbing.

Jericho Lee I did read on the Polaris forum about getting longer axles if you lift one. But that sucks man
best videos on the sportsman 570 on UA-cam very helpfully and will probably be doing the 3 headlight mod tonight on mine
Zach Jean thanks if you have any questions just ask.

Thank you i will and yes it does look clean
shaun schollaert your welcome any more questions just ask
On my clutch kit it gives me a red and green spring what's the difference?
Tyler Franklin Use the green one the red engages at a little lower rpm.
Okay tganks
I saw on a forum some people put the rubbers at the top have you tried that and is there a difference?
Mike Miklos I found putting them at the bottom works better for me.

Jericho Lee ya my 570 is putting out 44 HP now and it awesome

Yes I have, really noticed it riding two up.

awesome. can't wait for the video of that review
Jericho Lee me to cannot imagine more power on this thing
now I don't know what you want but look at rvs performance. this guy does tuning for these bikes. this is on my near future list also
Jericho Lee I've look them up a few weeks ago and they've got so neat stuff. That will be next on the list.
I did it earlier and it works great
Zach Jean sweet

Jericho Lee wow I wonder if the lift caused the second axle to fail also, it might have stress cracked and you didn't know it.
the lift was only on to load the bike and unload it. either way as much as I love the rest of the bike the axles are definitely junk. just beware. I love the quad to pieces but sadly the axles are pure junk on these. good luck to you. gorrilas are definitely in my near future
Jericho Lee I agree I've been lucky so far
One very important question is do you know JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR?
