There is a gab between the HEATER and HUMIDITY ROOMS connecting to the main "Chamber" is you look carefully at my drawings when building the cabinet, you should see the gab

From the experience of the first one, I have a humble suggestion that we are going to try: Use rectangular iron instead of angle iron for the vertical posts. Welding, in theory, should be much easier.

Very well made video! I made my own incubator with very similar results. Just an FYI for others interested in using the XM-18 controller, I do not believe there is a function to turn off the turner. I had to hook a switch to the turner to turn it off during lockdown. I believe you also have a switch hooked up to your turner. Great job again!
Well done you too. Yes the XM-18 doesn't have a switch for the egg turner. So you need to loop it to a switch and turn it off manually on day 18. Thanks for pointing it out. I will add it to my explainer video

Dear will ,Turner fabrication i love to see dear. average 5000 ecggs will weight approx 250 kg. Will you. So 18 days function bear all these movement without any problem. I think you have now tried full capacity also. Any problem let me know too i am really keen on. Believe me even though i am ne to this trade, now i got hold of big farm to get eggs. if you have hens, get a rooster to cross them. wait till 10 days after the rooster has crossed the hens. this way you can be sure the eggs are fertile after 10 days
Hi.I have comments that the insulation should be installed outside the incubator.Because it is such a porous material, bacteria and mold will persist there.These are the foci of the disease. That's my advice. And how is humidity created?Thanks
Thanks for your comment. All of the incubators I've seen are inside and not outside. But I do take your point with the bacterial and diseases. That's why you need to keep your incubator cleaned after each incubation cycle. The humidity is created from the humidity rod+bowl
Thank you for the great work but can share these requirements: ventilation holes for extraction and inletting. Please can you also give the dimension and placement areas and how many are needed for this size incubator.
My incubator has no ventilation for inlet or outlet of air. This is because, Ghana has high humidity levels. As a result, having ventilations on the incubator could increase the humidity levels during the first 18 days of incubation, which is not desirable for a better hatch rate. Please do check the humidity levels of your area before deciding whether to install a ventilator or not. Thank you for liking my video and all the best

@@naturalremedies9511 that is true that eggs need oxygen and release carbon dioxide. Even without the vents, my incubator has plenty supply for it. this is because the machine is not completely air-tight. during operations, the humidity can be around 45%. This is mostly coming from outside of the incubator. As long as your machine is not completely air-tight, you will have good circulation of air

the fans i think need to be put in a wall so it moves the air better, also if its near the humidity bucket the water will damage or rust the fan quicker over time. always run cold air through the fan and let it push the hot air, some people suck hot air through the fan and it overheats the fan, or hotter temperatures will cause more amperage in the wires and cost more to run or trip breaker

you could probably run a fill tube to that tub in the bottom. so you can refill it without having to open the door
that was the initial idea. but the Bowl was big enough to finish the hatching. we just did it for demonstration purpose. But you're absolutely right
