For the personality test, you just are honest on who you are and you could match their values. Just try your best on the games. There’s not much you can do to prepare.
Hi honestly for me I don’t think there is a difference In Kenya if you do ACCA if you rise up the ranks to signing financials you need to do some additional CPA papers so ICPAK can allow you to do that. In the UK it didn’t make a difference I had a CPA they have an MOU with ICPAK. For me when I was younger ( ACCA was expensive so I went with CPA and I haven’t been affected

Yes why not. I would easily refer a stranger if they hit me up. I'd send them my CV and a brief message requesting for the referral (include detail why you are fit for the role) especially if the position is open /Vacant If a position is open- I even in the past went ahead and asked the recruiter/ supervisor for the role (director /manager)to consider for an interview on Linkedin/email.
@@leahoginga Hey, Leah. I did not manage to answer all quetions. What I can advice you is don’t concentrate on a question for a long time as I did and set a timer so that you are not disqualifies. I had 45 mins to answer around 60 questions. All the best😇

Hi-they do but they don’t tell us (they just send you an email if you pass to go to the next stage)
