I bought a blue orb like the one here at a glass company in West Virginia about 30 years ago. A year later, we lost our house a fire, and the fire fighters shoveled everything from the 2nd floor (where the fire started) out the windows. About 6 months later, once we started to rebuild, I was going thru the piles of stuff, everything broken and melted, and at the very bottom was that glass ball. Not a scratch on it! Now one of my prized possessions. I have a lot of anxiety/ptsd as i was in the house when the fire started. This ball reminds me that even the fragile can survive
When I was visiting family in Harrisburg, I stopped at the Antiques Marketplace of Lemoyne. Sooo many treasures. Had the best time. I love when you visit there!
I love how you're embracing the challenge of learning Fenton! I personally love and collect Fenton primarily because it's mostly so affordable for the average collector but the price range is huge!
Hi, the vase you picked up at about 5:58 is Frank Stofan, from Pennsylvania. I’ve found one of his pieces in a thrift shop, and kept it for myself! His work is very recognizable, once you see one. Nice find for $20!
I wonder if vendors who you regularly buy from ..hurry and up and stock things like the goat because they are following your themes... you are such a good customer AND seller
I wonder if the German "vase" with the characters on it might be a wine chiller. With the hole in the cover going over the neck of the bottle. ??hmmm??
That was such good fun, the prices were great and some really different pieces. I’d love to see the vendors face on the cabinet you almost cleaned out 🎉 if I was a new vendor and the CLL gave me her stamp of approval, I’d be so pleased with myself.
Those "orbs" could be Christmas ornaments hand blown in Magic Kingdom at Disney World. We watched them do them on our last trip. They sell them singularly and in sets, all colors. They all have about a 4" diameter. They all have a hanger made of the glass being pulled and curled back onto the ball. That blue looked familiar. I do not think they aren't marked in any special way, which is unfortunate, but the hanger loop is quite distinctive.
Thank you so much Jocelyn I really really enjoyed watching you collect all those gorgeous pieces. You really have a good eye for detail and what is going to make you a profit.. Please stay safe and well too xxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤❤
I have one as well(bought on marketplace for $8, betting it was his, it was an early skookum piece), also have a paperweight I bought at a thrift store.
4:17 Is it a peacock with the tail feathers open? It seems to have a broadly circular pattern with lines radiating out from about a third down and a third from the right side (the open tail). About halfway down the right side there’s an inward pointing triangle with very little pattern, and to the left of that is the peacock’s body. The neck, head and beak look white above this. I think it’s only visible at at this point in the video as the image is very close to being the right way up. Or maybe I’m imagining it🤔
Hello Joselyn, I had fun̈ following along with you today in onè of my favorite antique shop So many beautiful pieces of glass and precious pottery. Great to have some discounts 😅 even so spending $800 plus some!. Lemoys favorie reseller.❤❤❤
There is a community of glass blowers near where I live. I have seen their work online every once in a while. There was one today. By the way, I live in California.
Can anyone identify the full name of the vase at 7:22? It was the golden vase. I think she said Robert somebody but I didn't catch the full name. That vase is great!
Love all your videos ❤❤❤ Big question though..how long has the blue Gatorade been in your car 😂 Am I the only one who notices it on each of your videos?

07:00 I was mentally grabbing the oxblood ceramic gourd vase as Jocelyn reached for the Robert Held. Glad she nabbed it.

Thrift store shopping is OK but I love it when you shop for the "good stuff".

Beaded sculptures are generally South African. They are very collectible and some larger models cost over £1000.
She has found the big once before at the bins.
First thing that caught my eye was the vase with the fish!
I believe the pattern on the rose bowl is brocade.
😲 WOW ❣️ I love that Lady Bust and you didn't get her 🥺 I'm sad.
Can anyone identify the full name of the vase at 7:22? It was the golden vase. I think she said Robert somebody but I didn't catch the full name. That vase is great!
