Actually this doesn't mean we need to run 5 to 10 km daily or spend 2-3 hrs in gym.... we just need to change our little habbits like....
1. Use bycycle in a radius of 5 kms from your home. ( walk within 1km radius of your home)...... this will not only improve your health but also help to clean our environment.
2. Reduce having alot of food and junk food.
3. Engage in outdoor sports activity atleast 2 days in a week..... this is also good for mental heath.

I am a homemaker and mother of a toddler. I do 30 45 min of cardio and strength training workout at home to being healthy. Par jab se shaadi tab se lekar abhi tak mere sasuralo walo ko lagta hai main bahut kamjor hun ya kahe to malnourished hu.😂 without any house help i take care of every household chores and i love it.
Married ladies ko morning mein workout ke liye time milna thoda mushkil hai but evening mein agar chahe to ho sakta hai.

I am a regular runner, never eating sugar and carbohydrates(rice,maida or junk food) . Also i lift weights only for 15 minutes but i am regular. I have my health policy which lets me take free health checkups every 3 months. I feel energetic everyday.😊

The problem is with health care sector i went to government hospital yesterday it was a nightmare was having stomach and chest sharp pain first the line for registration was long then went to the department for doctors appointment with registration my token number was 26 doctors are coming to their office at 9.30 to 10.00 after 2 hours long wait my turn come he told me to do blood test and then MRI then I have to do a stamp work on registration it took other 2 hours then went there it took another 2 to 3 hours then went to MRI they have given me date of 22 July then today went to doctor again and wasted 2 to 3 hours for appointment then he told me to do first MRI then come esse achaa to private chalagata
I do one hour exercise including skipping rope, weight lifting along with aerobic

Frequent intake of processed and ultra processed food causes insulin resistance which ultimately results in obesity and metabolic syndrome , CAD , IBS and other inflammatory diseases . Every body should avoid fast food and do intermittent fasting , regular aerobic exercise and yogason to remain fit and healthy .
First annd foremost thing to do is cut down on sugar, sweets, fried food, processed food, street food. Walking 40 minutes a day also helps.
