What do you mean by as long as you're staying in school??? What about when you graduate and get a job? Also, please can you make a video about what date you travelled in relations to your actual resumption date, who picked you up at the airport? Where you stayed? Etc How you got applied and got an apartment? Etc
When you graduate, you would have a certain period of time but you would have to leave the United States and go back to your home country. If you were to be hired by a company, they would have to sponsor you a work visa, which would have to be accepted, in order for you to stay longer in the United States and work for that company
@@opeyemiolanrewaju4688 Hey, I'd really like to talk to you about immigration information. Most of us out here that really wanna move or study are in the dark about information. I'd really appreciate if we could talk. Whatsapp, Facebook or where ever.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂lmfao “secondary… that’s where it starts to get ugly” this is 💯 true!!! Even as a US citizen - if you get flagged for secondary, you are literally about to go through a mini FBI investigation. Phones, Bags, Laptops, clothing, documents , Body Strip search and scan … nothing is off limits in secondary. Don’t get caught lying at primary! oh BTW …. Secondary is subject to happen at random (no reason needed)
Hi. Im returning after 16 months in India on green card. On green card i shpuld have returned back within one year. What is the process if they deny entry. About return process ?
I have an admission at Georgia State University to pursue MSc Computer Science for summer 2021. My visa was refused at the embassy 3 days ago. What is the way forward please?
I'm wondering the same thing, but as far as I know some travelers only bought one-way ticket to have a cheaper flight when they're about to return, cause ticket prices will likely to change in a matter of days, or in some cases they might travel longer than expected, for example they will visit other states/tourist destinations. I personally never bought one way tickets when traveled internationally but that's one of the reason.
bro like I finish my weac and I want to continue in Illinois university Springfield, will it be easy for them to accept me or is it only master degree people they accept

Georgia State University.
Is there any issue with traveling with a one-way ticket compared to a return ticket?

You can only get one way flight for student, marriage and job visa. Tourist visa should be 2 way otherwise you will be returned at the airport.
why should that be an issue? I'm not gonna book a flight years in advance lol
