Nope. This one is actually a lot more safer for your back since the weight alligned with your center of mass. If there in no torque than the back should be relatively safe. Classic dead list if a lot more dangerous
it's normal to be able to behind the back deadlift hundreds of lbs more than your standard deadlift. Eric bugenhagen did 900 lbs before even he did 700 lbs conventional.
@@roberthowe2910because you don't know how to do it or don't train for it or you are a sumo lifter, behind the back the deadlift is supposed to be easier just like jefferson deadlift, that's why it's not allowed in powerlifting, tons of people would be doing behind the back deadlift is it's allowed, Alex leonidas did 900lb jefferson deadlift but only sumo 600lb and his behind the back deadlift is over 700lb, because he trains all forms of deadlift,
bro no hate but it is an actual fact that you can deadlift more with behind the back deadlift than your conventional or sumo deadlift if you train for it, it's like jefferson deadlift, you can pull over 200lb more with jefferson and over 100lb more with behind the back if you train for it, that's why it's not allowed in powerlifting, everybody will be training for behind the back and jefferson deadlift then

It's standard height, so it's fine
And? The important thing is that plates and feet are level
