വീടൊക്കെ കൊള്ളാം but price above മൈ ബജറ്റ് , just look at the maintanace, firstly painting this house is ആ pain in the ass,,, next the roof top and gutters are full of dirt bringing someone to do that will cost a lot , bath room is quite nice clean but the master bedroom’s bathroom is a disaster, it needs work to be done , kitchen is quite good , but the next kitchen is a bit messy needs fixed but can’t say anything about it more , next issues was the entrance gate and the driveway needs work to be done and should be filled with trees and flowering plants to make it attractive, this is all I have to comment about this property , if they r asking this price , then these things has to be fixed first , the buyer is looking also for a profitable property to get u know 😂
