This is very true I am born Hindu but recently my health has not been at it's best , my sleep broke at 05:00am as I had pain in my legs I remember I had the Quran app on my phone after listening to it for about 20mins I manage to fall asleep the pain vanished.😮 I am still so amazed by this

رَبِّ إِنِّىٓ أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَسْـَٔلَكَ مَا لَيْسَ لِى بِهِۦ عِلْمٌۭ ۖ وَإِلَّا تَغْفِرْ لِى وَتَرْحَمْنِىٓ أَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْخَـٰسِرِينَ
“My Lord, I seek refuge in You from asking You about what I have no knowledge of, and unless You forgive me and have mercy on me, I will be one of the losers.”
S. Ibrahim v.41:
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
"Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents, and (all) the believers on the Day when the reckoning will be established."
S. Al Baqarah v.128 :
وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
And show us our manasik (acts of worship), and accept our repentance. Truly, You are the One Who accepts repentance, the Most Merciful.
Al Qasas v.16:
رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي
"My Lord! Verily, I have wronged myself, so forgive me."
Al A’raf v.151:
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِأَخِي وَأَدْخِلْنَا فِي رَحْمَتِكَ ۖ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
"O my Lord! Forgive me and my brother, and make us enter into Your Mercy, for you are the Most Merciful of those who show mercy."
Sad v.35:
رَبِّ ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَهَبۡ لِي مُلۡكٗا لَّا يَنۢبَغِي لِأَحَدٖ مِّنۢ بَعۡدِيٓۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡوَهَّابُ
“My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom such as will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, You are the Bestower.”

❝When you are angry, it is better to stay silent than to speak in times of anger, because when you speak you don’t know what comes out of your mouth. When you calm down, you will regret the hurtful words you uttered. You can no longer recover the pain you caused in his/her heart. That’s why the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: When you are angry, be silent.
The tongue has no bones, but is strong enough to break heart. And that’s why the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: Most of your sins are because of your tongues.❞
