Marc Thanks for sharing The Bibio Marci and what a nicely tied fly and great instruction. I just started fly tying and dont know if that insect is in the U.S. but i would use it on the local stream here in Pennsylvania as a early season Little Black Stone Fly which comes late winter and early spring. I know that this is 3 years old but if the offer to receive one is still good i would love to have one of your flies to use as a pattern and a keepsake. Thanks so much for sharing and really like your flies and instruction. I have tried to purchase your CDC trimming tool but was told that it is not available in the U.S anymore and would like to know how to get a set. thanks again for sharing
Beautifully executed fly - clearly, CDC is the way to go for more flies than I thought. I fish in the streams and rivers of the eastern foothills of the Rocky Mnts. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Tight lines and screaming reels. Johnnie. 🇨🇦🇬🇧
I would be using this fly to go out with my Grandpa on the Eagle River in Colorado next spring. I would love to see this fly up close and be able to show it off to my Grandpa.
I live in Tasmania and enjoy watching your videos they are great.
