Please consider ( if you have an off season. ) try to be gentle with your changes so you can maintain them, if you have an off time. Here up in Snow Mexico the off season can be long and I sit facing the fridge which is a problem. Your blood will certainly look different as you adjust, it will fill those test tubes in a split second. Fear is a great motivator but I will again say, gently as you go and enjoy your food.
