Mine was sub $20 and is all brass construction (at least the handle) 3 piece - it was decently finished - no complaints... Proves again that you don't need to spend a great deal to get a great deal (or shave)....

I believe this is just a variation of the Bevel razor, if so yeah it's nice. They lean a little more toward the aggressive side which I like. Having said that, you did put me in the mood for a vintage shave today. So I think I'll go with my 1960 Gillette Fatboy, my 1960s Old Spice mug with a Lavender & Sandalwood Barbershop scented soap, Clubman after shave and P.S. Fine cologne to finish off. It's going to be a great day.
Thank you for the review. I'm very glad you said something about TTO razors can have problems. I am having issues with my Vikings Blade Meiji adjustable razor. I bought it about this time last year. I didn't drop it or misuse it in any way. It may be too late to get a refund. Your reviews are very relevant and helpful

Great shave. Budget products, as long as they’re decent, can still give a good shave. It’s not absolutely necessary to start off with expensive products when getting into wet shaving. Hell, even I started off cheap when I got into wet shaving. If you can spend what little you have to start wet shaving, go ahead as long they’re within your budget. Have a good one!
Great shave Ken! I actually purchased the Noble Silver off of Amazon on Thursday night. It just got here today. I have a Astra loaded up in it for tmrws shave. I have a gold plated version of the one you have in Rainbow. Its it my rotation and shaves well. I ordered the silver honestly because I thought it looked cool, and was cheap. LOL After seeing your shave, I'm excited to try mine out tmrw now.

I've been using their blade bank for over 2 years now and still haven't been able to fill the bank full as of now (I shave 3 times a week, replacing the blade everytime)... Maybe I'll take a guess on this new revision of their razor.
Hey Ken, so this morning Zomchi got a hold of me to try out this same razor, it’s my first time getting anything from a company asking me to do a product review , so can I ask a question to you how does this all work what do you do when people ask you to review one of their products? I know I’ll have to do an honest review about it .
I usually take it right out of the packaging and shave for the first time with it on camera. That way if it goofs up or works perfect. The first time use should tell👍👍
Good shave Ken. Every time I browse Amazon I see those Zomchi razors but over looked them. I have a Kinghood razor that at a glance looks very similar to the Zomchi but seeing them here, maybe they ain't so similar after all? The Kinghood razor as I remember was kinda mediocre. I will have to use it again and refresh my memory. If you are browsing inexpensive razors, the Roman Empire Caesar for 10$ is awesome. Still one of my favorites in the collection. The head looks a lot like a razor I bought a few years back from a Facebook ad but it's got a very steep blade angle that's so aggressive. Yours Ken looks to have a much less aggressive angle to the blade.
Ken have you tried a Baili victory 176? I bought one and it’s a nice razor, I also have a victory 171,which is more aggressive but my favorite. I also purchased a 100 pack of King C Gillette china blades, probably the best blades I have ever used. They are like the Devil’s tongue, sharp yet smooth.

Looks like a nice razor Ken. I had a look on Amazon Australia 🇦🇺 and down here we pay a lot more around $60 for the razor and the stand. The cheapest one in white is $42.61. I guess we pay more as it has to come from Amazon US. There’s so many more razors on the market now from when I started wet shaving 15 years ago. Back then it was either a Merkur or a vintage Gillette.
I got a set from Amazon late Nov. Black razor, solid , shaves OK, has a synthetic brush (is OK) and also had some blades (I usually don't even bother trying) I am extremely picky to sharp smooth blades, but tried these. Horrible blades.....but the shave w this all kit (using a Gillette blade) was good, and all worth $ 8 delivered home.......amazing.BTW my razor looks like the first one you got out (blue) . GDMG was the kit brand

Well not too confusing tbh 😊 Bit of production cost, labor, materials, legislation, those can cut a few $ here & there. Mine DS Cosmetics S9 is somewhat between RR Gamechanger and Rocca but you can see why it cost half price. Still not a bad deal, it shaves well
