I've had to buy three different cartridges for my camera and after it prints one or two pictures the photos get stuck and the whole cartridge starts crumbling up the ink so I have to toss it. It's a waste of money in my experience
Hi, so the cartridge has 10 photo paper, no problem so far to print all of them. From one full charged battery you can print around 12-16 photo, not 20 as the instructions says. So I believe that if you bought it new maybe at the shop were taken to many test shots, on mine was 1 photo shot as test.
Also I recommend you to do the software update or if you did it already is fine. On mine I got the update when I connect it to Mini Shot app on Iphone.
