Can't go with you on that. I'm an old stool Bama State Grad. Those Turkey Days in the 60's and 70's use to have great field shows and stand Battles. They were never this small back rhen.
I am here for it! They look and sound so good. Wow! I am so proud of this band and their growth. The girls look really good too! Skeegee, y’all should be proud! AWESOME JOB! 🔥❤️
TU band has always had lots of spirit. I grew up in Macon County AL. My two sisters are TU grads. I’m a Bama State Hornet grads like my mother and paternal aunt and my brother is a JSU Sonic Boom of the South grad. Other HBCU grads in our family are Prairie View A&M, Xavier, Texas College and University of DC grads.
AND ONE MORE THING MY LAWYERS WANT ME TO SAY, lol: I just rewatched the video, as I usually do after leaving a comment, and I had to come back to write more about the Crimson Piperettes. Overnight, those girls have completely transformed their style, and they look absolutely beautiful! I know they started the transition last year when they surprised everyone with updates to their style while still maintaining that classy aesthetic we really appreciate from their team. However, this year, they have taken it to another level! The girls' dancing is so elevated, their style is so precise and current yet STILL very sophisticated. From the hair and makeup to the choice of uniforms, they are really turning heads in all the right ways and for all the right reasons. Even the catch-ons are elevated. So, a big shoutout to the Piperettes and their coaching staff, or whoever is overseeing the girls. We see the progress! They look absolutely stunning! 🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🇺🇸
Like a good fitting shirt. Dry cleaned starced with no wrinkles. Great performance TU! Especially liked how yall catered to the host city. BUT, a huge fail to the announcer at the end. The one thin you can NEVER, and i mena NEVER do is get TSU and PVAMU mixed up. Meg the Stallion is a TIGER! 🐯
No sir announcer, you’re wrong at 4:30, when you announced Anita Baker’s song, “Just Because”, 1986. The song was released to the public January 1989. Other than that, this was a good show Tuskegee. SU Juke alum/86.🔥🔥
I enjoyed the halftime show I was impressed. The song (Just Because) I liked it very much, but it did need more work on the arrangement. Keep up the good work tho 😊
To be their size, they produce a mighty clear sound! Pipperttes did great as well!
Agree!! Definitely better than what I expected
That part! So strong!
They may be small but they are MIGHTY!!! ❤💛

Notice they dance with the horns, and project sound, this alone should let you know who and where their Band Director is from
Any Questions...
Loved your show!!! 💯

They both have gold hats

Motivation Kelly Rowland?
What planet am I on because this is not Tuskegee? 😮
This is a FAMU Alumni Director, and just like Florida Memorial College, we do project sound thats distorted...
Thats for those Hook-Boogie programs...
Now skegee has been better than they’ve been in DECADES but as program made up of volunteer members, it was ok.
