This is a great little project. I would be interested to know if the engine load varies dependant on current draw -i.e. no electric load = minimal engine load, short on the electric side = max load...
Seen these on website and I think you could regulate the voltage to 12V then you can actually use it as a generator or straight to the Toyan projects.👍
You can generate 30 volts. You should get a bigger brushed motor for the generator and see if you can power a small go-kart. Assuming your nitro engine makes 2ish horse power you should have around 1400 watts available you'd have to draw 40 amps though which might be too big of a load for such a small motor. If you could generate 72 volts, you could use a converter rated for 1500 watts to step the voltage down to 36 and only have a 20ish amp load at the motor.
Hello, I hope you can help me, I have a gasoline engine like yours, but I can't start it, spark arrives at the spark plug and there is gasoline in the feed tube, I loosen and tighten the carburettor nut, but nothing won't start, I'm rookie. Is there any trick or advice that you could give me? I would be very grateful. Thank you and greetings from Spain.
My English is not so good, so I didn't understand, what u sayd in the Video, did u say, it's no nitro, it's a gasoline version ore did u say, you converted it into a gasoline engine? If you converted it, can you please make a video about it? Like how to set up the engine, which ecu did u use? How can I adjust the timing for the ignition, where is the best place to fit the sensor for the ignition usw. And what are the specs of it? Do I lose power? I'm shure I will but how much is ist? I'm a fan of nitro rc cars but the nitrofule is expensive here in Germany, i think in your country too. The glow plugs are expensive I think to run these engine on gasoline it would be cheaper. But do I have enough power? I mean the toyan engines are not fast, the also ran on gasoline right? It should be a little bit more faster, would be great if you can make a Vidoe about it, only found old garbage videos to a gasoline conversion with low quality. I think you're the right UA-camr for taht. Keep going, greedings from Germany 😄
with an upgraded generator motor, it could definitely charge an rc car. hobby engines this size can make several horsepower, so even with a low conversion efficiency, that's still a lot of power
So...as an alternator in a car, this(tech) can be used to create needed amps for throttle/steering servo demands, radio, possible accessories(LEDs) and extra to current keep a constant, small cell battery charged. Basically replacing the need for a mulit-cell battery pack. Just a much smaller cell(caps) for low load demands and quick heavy load responses (idle...or servos holding home position). A cell phone battery? Im eager to learn if im crazy or not.
Get it here ➜ bit.ly/3p66TCm
Toyan L400 ➜ bit.ly/32wKK4g
Toyan Engines ➜ bit.ly/3mvJRRh
If it can produce two amps it can charge a car battery

💪👌
That is awesome!
Cheers man
Awesome.
Thanks man
Be cool to hear it tuned up running a big fan or something.
👍

Thank you
Plus side is it can charge a phone without extra electricity. I like generators that use a mechanical power source
👍

Thanks for watching mate 👍 and appreciate the comment
Send it to NSW board of Education. Time to update the curriculum so the next generation are ready for extreme weather events
lol
How much energy does he produce using that tank (kv) , and how long does it take for the tank to run out?
Not sure, probably get around 7min
i see volts but how many amps and watts?
Not sure man

Did you get it to run?
If that can sustain 6V or something like that consistently with some sort of voltage regulator, you could potentially charge a cell phone
👌👍

There are two versions you can buy. This one is the gas version. Nothing to convert, just add oil to the fuel and that is it
how much oil @@RCTanksTrucks247
The engine sound is so real!~~~ A very sweet video that I enjoyed.👍👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Good for the zombie apocalypse
hahaha
Lol, that's cool. Doubt it would charge an rc car battery, but could possibly charge your phone. 🙃
Yeah true

the important question is can it mount an NLAW ?
?
I just want to put this in a rc ford gt 40
Haha 😂
Assalam o alaikum
👍
Sick bro!
Thanks 🔥

Is ki kia kimat hai
Really up to you. It's pretty good
To what?
Dunno
Volts tells nothing about real power, would be better to test under charge and to show the amps to.
Great
Piras
?
