Wish they would go deeper into android 17 and 18's origins. The closest we know about them is that the were once humans that got kidnapped by dr. gero and turned into cyborgs. And that their real names are Lapis (17) and Lazuli (18).

Something i like of cell saga is how everyone has protagonism here instead of just goku.

The Freeza saga was literally all about Vegeta, Gohan and Krillin until right at the end though. The other characters were also vital and had heaps of screen time (maybe even more than Goku) in the Saiyan saga. Even the Buu saga didn't have Goku as the sole protagonist _that_ much, maybe a bit more than the others. Maybe you're thinking of Super or something.
@Dylan Ogega His point actually was that he liked the Cell saga because other characters got 'protagonism' instead of Goku. Mine was that every Z saga did this, some like the Freeza saga did it even more than the Cell saga. He implied that the other sagas were just Goku circle jerks, and while that might sometimes happen, I insinuated that Super is the one that constantly does this and that he must of been thinking of that. You misunderstood what I said a bit, sorry for the confusion.

I played the entire game without use any item to heal myself, this is one of the most difficulty battles in the whole game. Android 18 is STRONG.
yeah I played it on Hard, she gets crazy in the end with her blitzing energy spheres, plus dash-ins you have to move around a lot

That line from 17 about them having lives before Dr Gero ruined them honestly hit me very hard. You have to feel bad for them in a way.
Honestly Dr Gero did help them in a way. Their lives before being Androids were terrible and no one cares about them, now not only do they have massive amounts of power they also met the Z Fighters thanks to Gero, which proved to be the people that could help them (After all, 18 even married Krillin and settled down)
I don't they still had they're free will and abused the power they were given. Killing Dr Gero was ok but then they decided to kill Goku for the sheer thrill of it and only spared the Z Fighters so they can have more fun with them for later. People say they are softer than their future counterparts I disagree they were well on track to become just like them but certain events finally humbled them from their power trip. After all power corrupts.

This seems like the most faithful to the show so far. I haven’t played a DBZ game since the first budokai.
This definitely is NOT most faithful to the anime or manga. The Z Fighters didn't destroy the door, #17 didn't step on Gero's head, Trunks didn't blow up the lab, #16 told them his name when he shouldn't be speaking at this point.
It's definitely different.
@@Rude_Boi yeah, and 18 should have her jacket off, a lot of little details have been missed on this game, and the facial models just don't look right.
it took me 6 hours to beat android 20 and really pissed me off then 18 was even harder, she spams alot of energy attacks so i spam big bang attack and that's how i won, glad it only took me 4 tries

@@cmain2419 my video game taste grew drastically when i played my first souls game sekiro. I want the deliciousness of cyberpunk 2077 but that will be a play through watch before I buy because these video game developers are real finesses now a days.
Never understood the hype/ excitement for this game. The fights look so underwhelming and mediocre it's laughable. The visuals and graphics are nice but that's not what makes a great game.
Kiferia and judging by the gameplay, the fight look like they rely on more ki blasts instead of hand to hand combat to win.

Again!!?? Why is it that everytime they have a Vegeta Vs. Andriod 18 fight in these games, you're playing with Vegeta but he's the one that lost the fight! Why is that?? There is something wrong with this man, I don't like it. It's like in DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2 & 3, there was always a pattern where you use the fighter that won the fight in the show, but when it gets to this particular fight, for some very odd reason they have you use Vegeta instead of 18. Same with Zangya, they have you use Krillin instead when Krillin didn't even fight Zangya (Mad respect to Krillin) but really??

I disagree with you on that. I'm not a huge DBZ fan myself but the game looked quite good. Combat looks pretty fun even though there are some scenes in the game that aren't as cool as the anime one

Horrible gameplay i think because when he was fighting 18 it looks like he was scared to go on the offensive and it made the gameplay seem lame, I'm not hating I'm just saying what I think 💯💯
I think this is a problem with the gameplay overall instead of the player. It looks like the AI just relies on ki blasts than actually fighting to win. It makes it seem repetitive.
