I think it’s hysterical that now Aipas is making fake UA-cam accounts to comment on my video. They have begged me multiple times to remove my video. They keep trying to make excuses on why they think it’s okay to send people products that are not the same as the products they paid for. They act like this is perfectly okay to do. Thanks everyone for hitting the like button and sharing your story and experience about the company.
I've been in dispute of canceling my order with Lyn at Aipas since August 1. Two months later and I got nothing. No money back, no bikes, no free gift, which they stated I should get, all I had to do was contact Aipas Service and I did. Sure it was to cancel, but it didn't say that canceling omitted me from receiving my gift, lol. The bikes might be nice, might, but the company is crooked.
Thank you for taking the time to expose this co. I have had my suspicion about a lot of these ebike companies. People, please do yourself a favor and goggle search for problems before purchasing from sketchy importers.
We bought a F3 and a A6 cargo bike. Taken in by marketing and positive reviews. The offer included "free accessories" or "gifts" with purchase, including a second battery. Well, the "free accessories" were the parts already included on the bike (fenders, rear rack, etc.) When I contacted them about the missing second battery, they said that was the battery i received. They had the gall to say that ebikes require a separate battery purchase! I retorted, " so you are selling bicycles, which may be turned into an ebike with an additional battery purchase." I plan to start a campaign on Reddit, Instagram,X. Plus I will contact the California Attorney General's Office, CA Consumer Affairs and lodge complaints. Perhaps there are enough of us for a class action suit. Aipas has locations in Orange County, CA and in NJ. I originally thought they were based here and not a Chinese scam. I had wanted a German e bike, or at least a US one.
@@ptd305 sorry to hear that happened to you. This is what I would expect from them. Just a shady business all the way around. Seems like the battery situation is a major issue with Aipas all the way around. The only positive reviews are because they delete the negative ones. They run the Facebook group page and delete comments on their advertising page too. I got banned from both.
Thank you for doing this video. I was about to order this e bike tonight, but decided to do a bit more research. Different battery size, shipped in a tv box, deleting and banning people from a site all screams scam to me. And the negative comments you are getting here is "damage control". I will be ordering an american product be it more expensive, but still better than dealing with a shady company. Thanks again!
@@josephspinetti8153 thanks for the feedback. This company is very shady. I had to at least share my personal experience and give others an opportunity to see what was going on behind the scenes. Also give people who are getting banned a place to leave comments of their experience.
I bought the a2 like 6 months ago. Haven't had issues with it but they were very slow when i asked a few questions. I was actually interested in the f3 but now I'll reconsider. Maybe they'll see this as a sign to improve.
Good timing to see this video! Was looking seriously to buy this F3. Customer service is a critical component to the equation. Will not buy now! Thanks!
@@michaelclark4892 The specs and pricing were tempting but as soon as they changed the specs on the battery and started the shady stuff. It just wasn’t worth the price to me either. Was glad I found out in time to cancel the order.
I ordered: A4 Gentry with 1000W Bafang sub-brand motor and SAMSUNG 21700 battery cells. I received A4 Gentry with 350W-500W CZJB 110SZ motor and unbranded 18650 battery cells. I post 1-star honest review and it was removed by Aipas, they just wanted to keep 5-star reviews!
I bought the M2 before seeing this video a few days ago. The video reviews of the M2 on UA-cam seemed legit and seems like a great bike based on the videos I have watched so far. After seeing this video and reading the comments though, it is very concerning. Especially since they make it so difficult to cancel/ return the bike. Update after getting the bike: I have really enjoyed the bike so far after two days. The shipping wait time was about a week. And the assembly was fairly quick and easy. I have a few downsides though on which they might be able to improve on. 1) The breaks are not that great for how fast you are going. And they squeak if I need to come to a stop fast. 2) The bolts that go on the front tire are kind of hidden with the protective parts. Took me about 10 minutes to figure that out lol 3) They claim the M2 goes 28 mph+. On a flat concrete surface, it goes around 19-20mph by itself without pedaling. I had to go down a hill while pedaling to get it up to 30mph. 4) I did not receive some of the free attachments that they claim to come with the bike when you order. Such as the cargo baskets. I have reached out to support today and let them know. Hopefully, they respond.
@@colelemaster591 looks like it’s a love hate relationship with Aipas. Some people don’t seem to have any problems with the bikes. I think as long as you get what you paid for and don’t have any major problems you should be okay. Just the company is shady how they do business. I am hoping this video will help give them some accountability and help them change their ways some. Then again I am just a tiny fish in the sea. 😂
@@gearadventures I agree! Thanks for creating this video and letting people know. And yes, as you said, hopefully it creates some accountability on their end.
I have an Aipas A2 Elite and after watching your video I immediately checked my bike out and it came out fine. Several weeks ago I talked with a guy that is an avid e-bike guy and he claimed that these bikes are made in a small number of factories (to each distributor's specifications). I ride the bike a lot and found it is as advertised. Sorry to hear about your experience. I have dealt with Chinese vendors in the course of my business and found that your experience sometimes occurs. I have been to China several times and business there is very different than typical USA standards. My understanding is there are few (if any) American manufacturers, so you need to check everything when you take possession of a product.
I ordered their A2 elite ebike (5/25/24) and paid for 3-5 day shipping. It took a month for the bike to arrive (6/26/24), in a box labeled for a TV. Which when asked about they also claimed it was labeled that way to get through customs. After the 2nd ride the bike stopped working suddenly (7/2/24). I called and requested a return label to send the defective bike back on (7/3/24) and as of today (7/26/24) the company Aipas still have not given me a return label and have gone completely silent and will not honor their 30 day return policy. I also was blocked from their social media pages after posting comments trying to warn other customers. DO NOT BUY AIPAS
@@buffaloriders wow 😮 that is next level shady!! Sorry to hear that. I am just amazed at some of the stories I been hearing and seeing. I really hope people rethink buying a bike from them. I have a claim going with them right now too. Not sure it will help but it may not hurt.
Wow! That’s crazy. How do these crooked company’s get away with this stuff? I know someone who had a really bad experience with Aipas. I personally would never purchase one.
@@bradfriesen3459 well hopefully the bike itself runs good for you. I just didn’t like them lying about what the bike has. Like to say they lied to customs in a public comment is really sketchy. I was really hoping to review this bike but it was sort of an investment so I couldn’t chance it.
If they wont return your money contact your bank and contest the charge with your bank. If it was purchased with a CC online they don't have a signature so refunds / stop payments will usually be automatically granted. The more people that do this the more likely they will lose their merchant account and no longer be able to accept CC payments.
@@gearadventures yea, they were probably notified of the chargeback and processed a return rather than take a hit on their merchant account. Thats what usually happens. Since all online orders lack a signature chargeback are almost always granted without question, and if they lose their merchant account they can't sell.

Supposed delivery 3-5 days. Shipping notifications on the 14th, delivered on the 20th from Fedex (Canada origin). Not bad.. Box is a TV box with a bike sticker on the side. Packing is very decent. @@shannondennis7440 honestly I haven’t been able to find a good budget e-bike yet. I would recommend you make the purchase from Amazon. If you buy directly from some of these companies over sea. It comes with a whole new set of issues and problems of you need to return the bike. The main thing is just leaving yourself enough time possible return the e-bikes if need be after your son’s birthday. I have owned Letric XP 2.0. They were nice e-bikes and a good company. They make a XP lite 2.0 and you can usually find pretty good deals on Facebook marketplace for used Letric e-bikes. I wish there was a good budget e-bike out there not plagued with issues and problems.
Got the A2 a month ago a half ago. After 20 miles, the bike started having problems. Contacted Aipas through email and their website chat with little to no reply for help. Finally got a hold of them on FB. They said it was a controller issue. Sent the first one, none of the connectors matched(even the motor). So they sent another controller; same exact thing. Sent a third controller a few days ago. Now my bike works….. for now. FYI: My post about my bike on that group got deleted as well
@@anotherkakarot5578 well I am sure that was frustrating to deal with. Glad they at least got you the right part finally. Yeah I don’t like how they control all the media and delete peoples posts. I have no doubt they are reading these comments wishing they could delete them.
I ordered an A2E on 7/26/24. After seeing all the bad reviews I am beginning to regret my purchase. Trying to get a hold of their NON EXISTENT customer service was an absolute headache. 3-5 days was an absolute lie but I have the tracking info. I am waiting for it to arrive on 8/9/24 to try it out. @@MarcBobroff I had high hopes for them and really was disappointed on the whole experience and everything I saw happening to others and myself. I tried multiple times to try and give them an opportunity to explain what was going on and to make things right. It wasn’t until this video got traction that they decide to respond. The sad part is they were doing this to a lot of people. I do really wish it could have been a different experience, but this was a bike I was purchasing to review good or bad. I had a lot of content planned and mapped out already for F3. My goal was to find a good budget e-bike to share with others. I will have a new video coming out soon about another budget e-bike.
My son and I just purchased two f3 bikes. We ordered them on Saturday, Sept 7th. My sons came in yesterday, and mine today. Yes, we were a bit leery, but researched prices of hub motors and batteries, and figured that if the hub motor and battery was junk, we could repair it with higher quality parts on our own. Both bikes work as advertised, and the only thing damaged was a small piece of a squeeze clamp lever was broken off. It does not affect the functionality of the piece. Granted, this is only day one, but I'm really loving the bike. I can ride thru my yard (a little over an acre) without issue, and my dog loves running along side. I rode to my sister's house and back, which is a mile each way, along with up and down the road. I've got over 7 miles on it so far, and still full bars on the battery. I folded the bike, and placed it in my cars trunk, and it did fit with some work. The car is a 2013 Chrysler 300. The bike looks very nice, and rides good. Seat isn't super comfy, but not miserable. I can see someone who has never ridden an ebike or motorcycle hurting themselves on this, because it has some power. I also ride a Victory Vision, so the ebike isn't intimidating to me. I hope that whoever gets one, is a pleased as me, and doesn't have any issues. No, I'm not a fake account, nor am I paid in any way by Aipas. I'm just sharing my experience so far.
I’ve been tempted to buy an Aipas bike, but I’m worried that a squirrelly company won’t be around to supply parts like a replacement battery (which I’m guessing has a proprietary form factor).
@@iemy2949 yeah that’s a concern with all these over sea companies. Here today gone tomorrow. Sort of at the mercy of the laws of other countries at that point. I am finding out not just with Aipas but any Chinese budget company. It’s just not worth the little bit of savings.
I bought Aipas a6 cargo bike wth 2 batteries, its been over 3 months and I still dont have the 2nd battery, they keep telling me next month I will get it. Now they tell me the end of august which will be 4 months. Good bikes but the customer service is horrible. I would never buy a bike from then again.
I ordered two F3's, but I am unclear with the "free" items added. The bike says it comes with full suspension, so why am I getting an adjustable front fork, unless that's an upgrade. Plus they state about getting a battery in the free package, but the description says it comes with a battery, so I'm expecting a second battery for each bike. Guess I'll see.
Thank you for that very in-depth informative video!!.....I too was really considering in purchasing one of there e-bikes the Aipas C1 XpressST I thought was a great deal. When they said 1/2 price off the original price, I was still kind of skeptical about that price to good to be true thing......Anyways looking at other reputable e-bike companies, heard good things about lectric, Aventon, and Velotric.....Thanks again much appreciated!

@@f150bft that’s good, I am glad everything seems legit. Did it come with 1500 watt motor and what size battery? Will be interesting to see what kind of distance you can get out of a battery.
That's how confident aipas is that they didn't scam anyone you shouldn't have any complaints expect for the pedals. Absolute genius design clean / performance / protection.
@@DrespaxPvP27 I think there are plenty of complaints. Wrong battery size from what was advertised, which was done over multiple bikes series. Deleting peoples comments or complaints because they are the moderators in Facebook groups. Blocking people from their advertising pages that are trying to contact them about issues. I literally have multiple screen shots of their actually interactions with customers including my myself. It only takes about 10 seconds of this video to see the shady stuff they were doing. I hope this video might inspire them to change their ways and become the company you are referring to. I just have never to date had such a horrible experience with any company and while yes they are budge bikes I feel sorry for the people who buy them because they can’t afford a 2000 dollar bike, then get treated this way. Buying a new e-bike should be a good experience even at 900 dollars. So what is happening with the pedals now?
Point homes is making is that whether this bike is any good or not, and most reviewers seem enthusiastic, you are largely criticizing their marketing and customer service department. Supply chain issues maybe, 1k is still a lot to somebody who mostly rides $5 yardsale bikes, so yes this shit matters. But it's a dispute over an amp hour and a half - welds? Rideability? Performance? Issues not addressed in this video, but if they are watching (snd of course they are) hopefully they will listen, because this is the bike I personally need. So, I live in NM, nothing but hills and sand, and this thing looks like it will handle both, folding means I van take it to events, walk mode means I don't necessarily have to be a menace to the public. Speed means I can slip past the tweakers before they even see me coming, as the full suspension tames the curbs, potholes, and alleyways I have to take to avoid the drunken teenage girls and streetracers. Anyway, it seems quite machine, other manufacturers have had similar issues, though I've not heard of one fudging the specs and smuggling them out in flatscreen boxes just to get to market. I'll check other SM FB is cringe, cause this thing looks sweet, I'd check the stockmarket too, if you have one and it works, I'd say you scored.
Edited to add that 1k is less to lose than 2k when this thing eventually gets ganked in Burqué, the mech brakes are an issue, but better peddles are one of the cheaper upgrades.
@@SD-jf7nb I would disagree most viewers are not enthusiastic. It’s just they control the media and delete all negative comments from their social media and Facebook group moderators are company employees. Got to one of their Facebook advertisements and leave a really bad review and they will block you or delete your comment. I could only explain my experience and what was on paper and all the changes they made from the point of purchase to the point I canceled my order. I have seen a few good reviews on UA-cam . Some of the popular ones I have seen are from people who review and get products for free and every free e-bike they review is wonderful and great. I have ordered 2 of the F3's and I have watched a lot of videos on reviews (on the A2's) and have not seen anything bad. I ordered a bike combo, A2 and C2. My C2 was advertised with a 12ah battery and was delivered with a 10.4. Not only did Aipas tell me that it was just the sticker because of customs, they were able to send the M2 bike which is the C2 with fat tire and that battery label was 11.6, this means they could of shipped my c2 at least with this battery. My A2 is fantastic, my C2 is underpowered and slower even though it’s rated higher.

So you’re suggesting that, without even receiving the bike, you rely on your extraordinary imagination to prove that it’s not good? That’s absurd. At the very least, 99% of the people I’ve seen who received the bike have given it extremely high praise. More importantly, I personally own an F3, and I’ve ridden it for about 100 miles without any issues. On the contrary, I got an excellent riding experience for just $899. Considering the suspension and the price, it’s a great deal for me. After all, elsewhere you might have to spend over a thousand dollars to get such a good riding experience. Don't want to buy the bike, then you have no insight enough to do a review video. But then I guess you are not one who refrains from talking out of your ass on something you know nothing about.
@@gearadventures See, there you go again, acting as if you know something when you have no idea what you are talking about. I guess I am not surprised. You think if someone dislikes your video, then they MUST be working for Aipas. To you, half the world is going to be working for Aipas soon... LOL. What was that again? Oh yea... "Speculative paranoia". Hahaha. I don't work for Aipas and I could care less if they go bankrupt. Yea, go sue them, make them disappear for all I care. And where did this "Chinese" channel come from? ..... OOooo are you going to go there? Here is a hint: "Xi Jinping is a dictator who should step down". So what was that about a Chinese channel? You know so little about this topic I am surprised you would even mention it. All that does is it makes you look so disparate as to grasp at straws. But seriously, your video suck. You try to capitalize views with a newly released product, then at least invest in the crappy product so as to have validity. Go watch some quality gear review videos first, otherwise you come across like a fool.
@@gearadventures I own 3 ebikes of different brands, including an A2, which I use for commuting to work. Am considering the F3, which made me click on your video. (I want to learn about the dual suspension, battery life under realistic load, and motor torque tackling hills compared to other bikes of same wattage.) I am as valid as it gets when it comes to the target audience of a video like yours. And through my own ownership and experience, I can say that your video is amateurish and built on preconceived biases. You lack knowledge but feels compelled to speak out on subjects you know nothing about. You may feel knowledgeable, but only because you know so little that you don't realize how little you actually know. In cases like this, the more you talk, the more foolish you will come across. Really, go watch some other gear review channels before you make your own. Everyone talks about what they actually know, owns, and tested. Gears purchased are expenses incurred for making a video. Sometime multiple bikes are purchased so as to evaluate one bike. You are the only one that thinks sitting and talking in front of a screen about something you "thought" of buying makes you qualified to make a video like this. I don't usually comment on UA-cam videos, but yours sucked so much that I just had to.
So maybe you really need to purchase one to put your doubts to rest. It might take an extra 1-3 days to receive the bike, but it’s definitely worth it.
@@FasdreaxHarlanko so I paid for a bike with 15Ah battery and you are saying I should of been okay with them sending me a bike with 11.8ah battery instead. Plenty of people have commented about Aipas e-bike issues on my video. Why would I spend my money on a company that I proved through out my video has some serious ethical issues and tried to change the product they sold me after I purchased it. Only an idiot would think false advertising is okay and kept the order. Seriously!! Dude!! GTFO!
Thank you for doing this video. I was about to order this e bike tonight, but decided to do a bit more research. Different battery size, shipped in a tv box, deleting and banning people from a site all screams scam to me. And the negative comments you are getting here is "damage control". @@ETERNATICK sorry to hear that. Yup, they remove any bad reviews.
Took me about 10 minutes to figure that out lol
3) They claim the M2 goes 28 mph+.
I'm glad I saw this video because I was about to buy the F3 bike from them at that enticing price of $899.

If they wont return your money contact your bank and contest the charge with your bank.

Nope, only one battery included. I asked them about it over email.

Seriously!! Dude!! GTFO!
I just received my F3 and when putting it together noticed that the front wheel bearing seemed very rough and did not spin the wheel easily. can you tell me if this was same on yours? It really seems like a bad bearing.
@@tommanthey950 I canceled the order before the bike arrived. I can only speak to customer service and things like the specs and them changing things like battery’s size between purchase and my cancellation. Anything hands on I can’t speak to. I would say try the facebook group but they will end up deleting the comment or blocking you. I been blocked from their advertising page and Facebook group. So I can’t really see what problems people are having with them. Wish I could be more help. Hopefully you are able to figure out what is going one and able to get it fixed.
I FKIN HATE SENSURE even if its fake id rather know
My M2 ad said 13ah battery and the label says 11.6. ! Not even 12ah!! They answered by saying rest assured its 13ah tbat they had to lie to get through customs. I doubt the rest of the specs are true. Then my wifes A2 motor started squealing like its calling coyotes across the forest and i sent multiple videos even with the wheel off and spinning by hand and they tries saying i bought from another vendor but afyet i sent proof of purchase they said the noise is normal. No its not. Ive never heard an ebike squealing like this. Under 5mph it squeals and is embarrassing for my wife. It squeals just walking it. Anyways they were supposed to send another wheel 5 weeks ago or so and ive heard nothing so im fixing it myself. Dont buy Aipas
@@rayrutherford74 I remember seeing your post on the Facebook group. The motor is not normal sounding at all. They were going to pull the same thing with the F3 and send everyone the small battery. I guess my video forced them to change the battery size and now offer the battery as an extra. At least that is what their emails to me say. They keep asking me to take down my video. Which I have replied that I will not. This is one place they can’t block us from telling the truth to what they are doing. You will have to keep me up to date how things turn out. It’s sad you spend your money on e-bikes and get this type of service.
Im done dealing with them. I fixed the noise myself. I took apart and regreased and its been fine since. Sad the company has potential but they are going down the wrong path. Ive found so many fake reviews with my pictures also! Even on their website. @gearadventures
You should order the bike and do a ride review.
@@fakename9024 I did order a bike just from a more reputable company. Hopefully will have some new content comping soon.

Why are you scaring people. I ordered my F3 and I'm excited for its arrival. I appreciate the warning but even though you had a bad experience move on man.
@@johnwilliams5897 I am not scaring anyone one. I am telling people about my experience with the company and them trying to change parts of the bike I paid for like the battery and who knows what else. Let’s face it the battery is one of the most expensive parts of a bike. Just dirty to tell someone they are getting a larger battery then sending them a small one. I have moved on and working with other e-bikes as we speak. They delete negative moments and ban people from their advertising pages and groups for saying something isn’t right or someone is having a problem with their e-bikes. This is a video they cannot ban or delete. Hopefully you have a wonderful experience with the F3 and if not… Well you can’t say you didn’t know.
@gearadventures I can appreciate that. The F3 however has out performed all the other bikes I have looked at. Who knows if you wouldn't have canceled you could be enjoying a great ride. Those are little things. Yes the battery maybe smaller and the bike comes in a TV box overall the reviews are good. You are one bad video out of what a thousand? I would say majority rules. This is one small incident. When I get my F3 and have no incident I'll make you eat your words.
@@johnwilliams5897 well I guess you wouldn’t know how many people have experienced this. They delete all the negative comments and only keep positive ones. I think you can read through a lot of the comments on this video and see I am not just one of the few but one of the majority. We are not talking like little issues either. A company that openly admits to lying to customs to get bikes into the United States is not on the top of trust worthy list. I seriously hope F3 is everything you hope it to be. The small battery wouldn’t have worked for me. Even the 15ah they advertised would have been borderline for me. I paid for 15ah battery and they would have sent me the 11.8 if I hadn’t caught it before they shipped. It’s like selling you a V8 mustang and sending a 4 cylinder when you paid for the V8. How about all these people that have commented on this video how they got taken. You going to make them eat their words too. I was lucky enough to not experience the after sales mess like a lot of other people and didn’t make this video until after trying multiple times to communicate with the company. I literally didn’t get a response till they watched this video and it was to try and get me to remove this video and offering me reasons why I should. I am not for sale and stand by this video.
@gearadventures small battery I understand but all videos show the bike still holds its power even with the smaller battery
@@johnwilliams5897 correct battery size does not change the battery voltage. It changes how much energy is in the battery to be used.
You are joking right? So you only read some random posts online, then made 10 minute video describing your thought process in reaction to reading the posts? 🤣 You should have at least gotten the bike first, then you can talk about pros and cons, verified battery capacity with experiments, and whether the purchase was a ripoff or not... That would have been valid, if expressed through your experience of purchase and ownership.
As it is, this video is a joke.... right now, it's no more than a "reaction video" to random ramblings spiced with speculative paranoia. Stay away from trying to do gear reviews, you are not terribly good at this.
@@paulc5536 actually it’s a factual experience with then company. Yeah let me get the less of a bike battery for the price I paid for the larger battery. Dude come on don’t be stupid or at least watch the video. This comment is a joke. Might change your channel from the Chinese channel for Aipas. You are one of created accounts by them. Hence your comment on this video. Won’t work Mr Aipas. I am not taking this video down
@@gearadventures Haha... Ahh there you go again, So certain of yourself, talking as if you know something while you actually know nothing. Aipas must be a huge company then, hahaha. Dude, are you really this stupid? Is anyone?
I don't work for Aipas and I don't give a rats ass if they go bankrupt, gets sued, or otherwise disappears from the face of the earth. But that doesn't change the fact that your video is crap. Enough to mislead some people who never had experiences with them, but at the same time make yourself look foolish. You want to capitalize viewership with a picture of a newly released product on your video, then at least get the product to do testing on it first.
