Major thing that I dislike about any of the condos in Asia is that they make all of the room so small. I'm building a house right now and all of my bedrooms are at least 16x16 the master bedroom is 25x16
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, generally speaking the condo sizes here are smaller than in North America or other places. There some larger options both in this building and in other nearby buildings though. One recent video had 117+ sqm 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. They do exist!
10 yrs + ago , condos were 35 metres to 40 metres SQ minimum , but developers got greedy and now only 25metres SQ for 1 bedroom, not sure about sizes for this development though ..............regarding ocean view , it will get built out in the next 5 years
@@engdatum thanks for your comment. Fair point, direct beachfront is one of the only ways to ensure a sea view is never blocked. However being set back from the beach the scope of view is much larger, giving a few kilometres of views. Though some condos may be built, the next 5 years or even 10+ years will not see the view getting completely blocked. With this condo it’s the facilities and location also that make it stand out, as opposed to just views.
Thanks for your input. Fair point for the smaller unit types. We feel with this condo the building as a whole is in the luxury category, and there are only a few room types with smaller living sizes. There are also the larger 45 sqm+ 1 bed types like the one we tour at 3:26 as well as 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and penthouses available here.
@@condoconnectionproperty Wow, thanks. I like Riviera designs but for it to be taken seriously in Luxury category, it has to look and compete against other Luxury builders in other countries. As an example, look at the Parkford Suites in Makati, Philippines. The size of units do not fall below 47sqm.
I would not say tacky. I think it's red-themed. I have seen other Riviera projects and they are experts in thematic developments. Look at Monaco and it is Monaco-themed. Look at Palm and it is Resort-themed.
Thank you for your feedback. There is a small cafe/restaurant inside the condo, and there are other restaurants/shops nearby the condo, just to clarify
Thank you for writing. Maintenance fees are 50THB per sqm per month & paid yearly. The electric is government rate, the water is the condo rate but very low, as is the norm here. My thoughts on this beautiful property! In 5-10yrs based on current and future growth in this area… this condo property will not be able to see the beach! There will be beachfront 30-50 condos built there! Just Sayin!
Thanks for your input Michael. 30-50 new condos built in 5-10 years is quite frankly an impossibility in this area of town, there is 1 condo currently under construction on this strip of beach, and others will need to go through the planning, EIA approval, and building permit processes before starting. The land area will not fit 30-50 condos, maybe 2-3 yes. With this condo, the maintenance and facilities themselves are a big factor, and the views, which will remain intact for the most part, are just one of the many features offered.
Long term rental rates vary, starting from about 20k or 25k THB monthly depending on the terms. Please contact us if you'd like more info on social media or through email at info@condoconnectionproperty.com

I think "Luxury" should be at least 47sqm. Something to think about for future projects.

Luxury should be 400 sqM+
Gloriiously ghastly. Almost expect to see Tony Montanna in the restaurant drinking the water from the finger bowl.
A lot of effort went into making this place Tacky AF

A Unicorn vomit all over the place 😂
When you said it has restaurants and shops you should have inserted the footages.

I've seen a few videos of this development before but never with a jacuzzi. I take that's not a standard unit. How much is it with the jacuzzi?
