Wow, from you this is one of the highest compliments I can imagine, Thanks a lot! Life goals!! The wall just isn't the same without your photos.

How do you combine daylight shooting with nighttime shooting? Where can I read about it, please tell me? Since when shooting stars, a shutter speed of 20 seconds is set, for example, and in the daytime, with such an exposure, the photo will be illuminated
You need to adjust the exposure time, yes. Some people do this by hand, but I don't. I use an 'intervalometer', that analysis the last image and adjusts the settings. There are a few around, including one from the maker of LRTimelapse, the software I use to make the movie in the end. I use a Arsenal camera assistant. In fact the only thing I use that for. This is called a 'holy grail' timelapse, if you want to look up how to do it.
would be amazing to see a 24\7 livestream from this spot.....id pay for you to stream live from there lol......timelapse is Amazing but id love to see it live and have the ability to click on it anytime i want
All our webcams can be found here: www.eso.org/public/outreach/webcams/ Including one/some that work at night. Now, most of them (and certainly the ones that work at night) aren't webcams in terms of showing a movie. They are images that are stuck together from several individual images, updating every few minutes or so. But you can go and see the Milkyway in a good, moonless night.
The image are of course edited, yes. But not edited in that sense, no. They become brighter because thin clouds are coming through. They scatter the light and make them look brighter (more precisely. bigger, so they stand out more). So it's a real and natural effect. A fog filter for the camera has the same effect, although, of course, static.
@@cyriljacob4839 just stars. If you look closely, you can see constellations. Southern cross is VERY visible, as is the scorpion. Those images aren't deep enough to show galaxies or globular clusters. Andromeda would be visible, but that'd be in the north, the camera is pointing south.
@user-wq6cc7re5c it's not through a telescope, just a camera and a wide angle lens. But with long exposures for each image (about 20 seconds) you would not see THAT many details by eye, even in a specially good site like this. You'd see the flicker, but a) slower and b) weaker.
I could watch it all night
stunning time lapse Mr Boris. Brilliant work!
Amazingly Breathtaking Shot 😍 from Dusk to Dawn! Thanks for Sharing ❤
Boris, this is a fantastic time lapse, really enjoy watching it. It also shows very well the crazy numbers of satellites. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for not ruining it with music❤
Funny enough, I always thought it could do with some music. I was just too lazy and didn't want any copyright issues. :D

Sure, just give me credit and link to this under the video, please.
Nice video I like space I love universe thank you so much universe
Are colors added to these images or is it natural blues and browns that can be seen in the sky?
Not artificially. I play with saturation, etc, but don't introduce anything that isn't there and try to keep it as realistic as possible.
perfect
Thank you.
I got lucky that night with the thin clouds.
what are those yellowish orange beams?
I've explained it below. They are lasers for 'adaptive optics'.

Hey, would be happy to provide a background track especially for this video
Is this outside of Observatory? What is the coordinates of your location?
Congratulations to Brazil
It's inside the observatory grounds, not accessible to the public at night.

How are those stars become bright ?

whats the light coming out of the observatory for ?
They are lasers that we use to get sharper images. The technique is called 'adaptive optics' in case you want to google it.
Is it real vedio or edited
I can guarantee that no video you see is unedited, ever. But if you mean the sparkles of the stars, that's an effect of the thin clouds and real.
@@BorisHaeussler is it the view of telescope or nicked eye

Is that Andromeda on the left?
No, the magellanic clouds. Andromda would be behind me, and is very elongated, looks quite different
Can I play music over your video???
There is no music in the video, if that's your question. Mostly, I didn't want to run I to copyright issues
Bro got the beacon 💀

seeing the rotation of the earth and direction of clouds... suddenly I get how wind actually is generated now. damn.
